POSTS STORIES REELS

His first HYROX solo. A journey shaped by resilience, strength & a new perspective on knowing when to push and when to listen.

@hwpotraining by @cocojerel

I’m honored to announce that I am officially a lululemon Ambassador!

This opportunity means far more to me than words could ever fully express; but here are a few. I take this appointment as a responsibility to the community; to represent with integrity, to lead with humility, to influence expectations, uplift others, and reflect the strength, discipline, and heart of the community that has poured so much into me.

I embark on this journey with a sense of duty, pride, and gratitude. Duty to work, pride in the journey, and gratitude for the people and experiences that have shaped me.

I have always believed that leadership is service, and that representation matters.
How you show up matters. How you care for people matters. How you make people feel matters. How you build community matters. I’m proud to continue doing that work, and excited for the challenge and opportunity to grow and work alongside lululemon.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, challenged, encouraged, and believed in me along the way.

This is an honor.
This is a responsibility.

I might be biased, but you can’t tell me your city has a better @lululemon ambassador lineup.

@lululemon introduced us, but our shared passion, authenticity, and care for others brought us together.

I’m immensely grateful to @cocojerel , @aerial_momo , and @jillian_mackenzie_ for their selfless support of my Día de los Muertos event!

From last-minute phone calls and constant encouragement to showing up hours early and staying late to help with every detail, they put so much care into this community and our shared goal: supporting @supportkind and our local vendors through movement.

Thank you all for your time and support, but mostly for your friendship! ✨ by @cocojerel

This race meant more to me than any finishing time could ever reflect.

I’ve been dreading this one for a while. Not because of the physical demands of HYROX, but because it was my first solo race since the medical challenges I faced back in January. There was a part of me that genuinely questioned whether I would ever have the capacity to compete at this level on my own again.

Yesterday wasn’t about chasing a personal best or proving that I’m the athlete I was before. It was about showing up, trusting my body again, and finding out what I’m capable of now.

Was it slow? Absolutely. Was it difficult? Without question. But I finished, and that means more to me than I can really put into words.

I’m learning that progress doesn’t always look like getting faster or stronger. Sometimes it’s simply finding your way back to something you love, accepting where you are, and having the courage to begin again.

Yesterday gave me something I haven’t had in a while: a new baseline, a little more confidence, and a renewed sense of what’s possible.

Not where I once was. Not yet where I aspire to be. But deeply grateful for where I stand today learning that growth isn’t always about becoming who I used to be, but having the courage to redefine who I can be, on my own terms; I want more, to be faster, to be better for myself.

w/ love and gratitude

It all started with the ACID BATH ☢️🧪🛁 colorway!! I bought one pair… and it was love at first sight/ obsessed…so obviously I had to get the Coastal Reactor and La Flama Blanca colorways!!

This is my first pair of TYR “pronounced TIER” CXT-3 Trainers, definitely not my last, and I’m officially a fan. Now I just need the team at @tyrsport to make it official—let’s get a few pairs into the hands (and on the feet) of my gym members so they can see what the hype is about. I just need the Acid Bath TYR lifters to come back in stock too!!

Which colorway are you choosing; go to the website and drop your pick in the comments- post-tag TYR! 👇 #TYR #CXT3 #lifting #trainers #weightlifting by @cocojerel
