Salmon x Fried Rice x Chili Oil

It’s just VIBES out here!
Crispy skin, fried rice, crispy bok Choy, just a feel good budget meal that I feel like I always find myself making on random nights at home.

Easy way to get rid of leftovers too 😅

Thai inspired shrimp curry 🙌

Finally making some time to get back in to recording/editing again. Always fun to R&D something on my mind, and it’s easy to put things together when you start with good ingredients.

Hard to put in words what it felt like being back home for a bit. Just crazy to see how much the bay has changed!
Loved catching up with my brothers, and family.
Food was RIDICULOUS! Vibes all the way up, and grateful that I was there to celebrate and cook for the squad.

Few days later but the 2026 Wolfgang Retreat was an amazing experience. Getting to work with and cook for all of our worldwide executive teams was an awesome way to start off this new year. Thankful for my mentors within this group and the constant push from everyone around me to continue to progress in this industry.

2025, you were something else 😅

Mentally, this has been one of the hardest years I’ve experienced. But I’ve also learned and achieved so much.

Not making things work isn’t an option. And without getting too deep, learning how to be grateful when you feel like you have nothing will change a lot of things for yourself.

Too many crazy memories to count, or even take photos of apparently lol, but I’m thankful for the people in my life, the laughs with my son, all the great food I got to share, and hell, even the heartbreak.

It’s been a crazy few months for me 😅
Taking over a restaurant here in Vegas downtown, trying to stay consistent with the run training and navigating the single dad life. It’s been nonstop!
