We’ve lost a family member. A Moon Runner. Our brother, Jahmil French.

We’re in shock because if there is anything that we’ve learned from you it’s that you showed us what it really means to live your life to its fullest.

We knew you as having no fear and you never folded. You were wise beyond your years and encouraged us to become what ever we wanted, as long we reached in to the depths of ourselves while doing it.

You held yourself accountable, you were the definition of discipline, you dreamed big, and loved even bigger.

You were beautiful. Beautiful because you were pure. You came as you were, in plain sight, you were a breathe of fresh air.

This is a trip because you had a very special skill in being able to show up at any given time, unannounced, with a new story or adventure, and it’s almost like we’re waiting for that to happen.

Until we see you again, JahJah, we love you and miss you so much.
