Join the Youth Nature Access Fund partners for a family-friendly fundraiser featuring hands-on nature activities, food, and more.

Help our community raise funds for nature-based field trips and program scholarships for kids across Central Oregon! Come and see what field trips and outdoor learning are all about, while learning about the Youth Nature Access Fund. Our partners will be offering the following activities:

Stream Studies at Tumalo Creek with Upper Deschutes Waterhshed Council
Volcano Demonstration with Discover Your Forest
Beaver Dam Building with Think Wild
Foundations of Nature Journaling with NatureConnect Central Oregon
Jaw-some Adaptations with High Desert Museum
This event is open to all ages to come and experience how field trips can enhance education and foster an appreciation for the amazing place we live. Kids, teachers, parents, supporters, and nature lovers of all ages are invited!

Cost: Free! Donations are encouraged. Every dollar contributed gets more students learning outdoors
Food and Drink: Available for purchase

Coming up next- Crawfish laps! Join us for one of our favorite adventure rides. We leave Oakridge early for a 45min drive over the hill and lap Crawfish and Adams Mountain Way. Drops for Oldies is a one day intensive on all things drops. 5-7pm on September 10th, join Coach Erika for a fun afternoon of learning. DFO courses in the past have been very successful, with riders coming away with a new set of tools to use on the trail. Tackle steep and rough terrain with more confidence, Crushing Tech is two Saturday morning sessions diving into the Skills and maneuvers needed to clean technical terrain. September 12th & 19th.

A well executed corner is arguably the best feeling you can have on a bike. Join us to put all the pieces together to flow through corners better. Berm turns, flat and off camber turns, open fast turns and tight slow turns, Cog coaches are excited to share the techniques and tips for corner mastery. Two fall classes: Mondays September 14th and 21st at 5pm, then Saturdays October 3rd and 10th at 9:30am.
