This weekend’s fall special! 🍂

Osmanthus Viet Latte

Inspired by osmanthus, a fragrant flower often enjoyed in Chinese teas and desserts, we wanted to bring together some of Vu & Niki’s favorite Chinese and Vietnamese flavors with creamy oat milk and our Vietnamese phin coffee. Think floral, with hints of apricot and honey.

We’ll be serving it for the first time this Saturday (10/10) at @9194naillounge , 9:30 AM–2:30 PM!

Come try it and let us know what y’all think 🤎

Yesterday felt really good ☕️

Our first pop-up back after Vietnam, and seeing so many familiar faces again honestly made our day. We also loved meeting new faces, especially getting to see your reactions trying Cội for the first time.

Thank y’all for coming out to @joinus1604, hanging with us, trying the new drinks, and showing Cội so much love.

Good to be back! 🫶

Quick recap from yesterday at @joinus1604 ☕️

Thank y’all for showing up despite the bad weather! Somehow every time we’re back at @joinus1604, it feels less like a popup and more like just spending Saturday with our little coffee community.

Big thank you to @joinus1604 for always welcoming us and giving us a space to do this.

The range. The authenticity. The confidence with which they served these drinks. I was turned on.

Listen, I’m a Vietnamese coffee snob. I absolutely despise most cafés’ attempts at making it because, respectfully, a lot of it tastes like mud (or ultra-sweet milk). 🙂

But everything I tried at @coi.coffee_ , a roving coffee pop-up in San Antonio, was bomb. A banger. An explosion.

From the mainstay menu:

🔸️ Egg Coffee - two words: fuck yeah.

🔸️ Coco Viet Latte - I genuinely do not understand how they made this with oat milk and still got it to taste this rich, creamy, and full-bodied. It drinks like a full-fat Vietnamese coconut latte.

🔸️ Ube Marble - Filipino approved. Ube cream on top + a swirl of actual ube halaya

🔸️ Coco Pandan - I personally wanted the pandan turned up a little more, but still very, very good.

And then the rotating specials, which ended up being my TOP TWO:

🔸️ Black Sesame - that roasted black sesame cream on top sent me directly to heaven.

🔸️ Tac Blossom - jasmine, salted calamansi, salted preserved plum. Dude. I was not prepared for how good this was.

I came in skeptical and left spiritually altered. My life is not the same.

Cội x Sandjest x Pelicana Chicken recap

Black Sesame Coffee somehow became our best seller at Pelicana again 🙏 This time, we also teamed up with @sandjest.gifts and got to send 30 gift tumblers home with y’all.

Always appreciate @pelicana_sa for having us back, and @sandjest.gifts for teaming up with us to make the giveaway happen for our community.

And of course, we appreciate everyone who came by and supported Cội last Saturday.

See y’all at the next popup ☕️
