Today was a cold one, but we gotta stack the brick

The shoulders and wrists are still not at 100%, but that might just be something I need to deal with for the next 2 weeks

Regardless, there's still always SOMETHING I can do to get closer to the goal

I did zero handstands for today's training, and the reason why might surprise you

Although this is a challenge that I want to successfully complete, it is not worth risking long-term injuries

BUT, I can still do SOMETHING

If I am not training, then I should be recovering

That lesson can be translated to any part of our training endeavors!

I wish I had taken this more seriously on Day 1

But that's okay. I am doing this to learn and grow, and this is just another opportunity for that!

The progress on the handstand push-up is coming nicely. October is nearly halfway done, so I have some work to do.
