I challenged myself to choreograph a duet on Cole and me…
A few times during this quick process I caught myself asking: Why would I do this to myself???
because dancing next to him means trying to dance just as big, beautiful, powerful, and strong as he does.
I don’t think I’m quite there yet, but one thing is for sure: dancing with you fills my soul.
You have no idea how much you inspire me and everyone around you. I love you!
Excited to see what the future holds for you, @coleh.dances 💫

My very first dances@8 has been wonderful. This beautiful cast really brought life to the stage with their performance. Absolutely LOVED working with you all, and I’m very grateful y’all decided to work with me!!!
.
“stuck” was based on a thought I had earlier this semester. We work our whole lives so it creates this feeling of being on autopilot. It’s almost like we’re statues that move only when told. When we’re stuck in one place how can we become humans again when we’ve been sanctioned to listen? I want to break from that and find our inner soul and create these entities that’s floating through the clouds. taken in SHSU Dance by @coleh.dances
