Repertory Spotlight: No Holds Barred by Andy Noble. This work was presented in NobleMotion's Summer 2025 production Pressure Point. ❤️🧡"This high-octane romp flips the bombast of pro wrestling on its head, as bodies launch, grapple, and crash with theatrical flair. But beneath the bravado lies something more tender: exaggerated displays of strength slowly peel back to reveal raw emotion and human vulnerability." 💙❤️📸Lynn Lane, Light Design: Bryan Ealey

From opening night to closing night, one of our favorite things about Barnstorm Dance Fest is creating opportunities for artists and audiences to connect. Thank you to all the choreographers, performers, and patrons who made this year's festival rich with community!

What was your favorite moment from Barnstorm Dance Fest 2026?

A short of my most recent work “Exploring Viscensia”
Choreographed alongside my research on the role of contemporaneity in the contemporary dance genre, examining how the artistic evolution of the dance community’s current innovations may signal a shift toward a form that is no longer “contemporary”. I have been researching and expanding my thoughts on what I see as a developing form of movement. There is innovation and evolution occurring in contemporary dance, urging the dance community to acknowledge new movements emerging from the significant charging currents of our world.
Dancers: Sadie Brisendine, Anabella DeGregorio, Cole Hinson, Paige Homer, Marisol Lopez Perez, & Layla McRae
Not seen Collaborators: Alexina Verona & Kaley Marshall
Videography: Ana Gonzalez
Music: Dark Matter by Travis Lake, Ephemeral Glow by Travis Lake, Atomic Bomb by Izzy Vadim
