Calling all little chefs! 🎃

Join us at Colletta on Saturday, October 24 for a Halloween Cookie Class filled with hands-on baking, decorating and a little spooky creativity.

Led by Chefs Helena and Miranda, our young bakers will learn to roll out cookie dough, decorate festive Halloween cookies and take home their own dough and recipe card to keep the fun going.

While the kids get creative, parents are invited to sit back and enjoy an optional family-style brunch and mimosa.

Saturday, October 24 | 11 a.m.
$25 per child | Recommended for ages 7–12
Optional parent brunch + mimosa | $50 per person

After more than a year with the Colletta team, Courtney has stepped into her new role as AGM, bringing over eight years of hospitality experience rooted in Chicago.

While she’s called many places across the Midwest and East Coast home, North Carolina is where she belongs. Her passion lies in keeping the heart in hospitality, with a particular love for cocktail history, bar culture, and Old World wines.
