Honored to be part of A System In Place @myhrengallery at the University of Denver exhibiting with some amazing artists including Sol Lewitt

Thanks to the curator @studio_bonilla, gallery director Geoffrey Shamos, and the amazing installers @fridayworks.fineartservices

A very unique exhibition where I was prompted to send instructions for the amazing installers to follow to create the work of art. They did a fabulous job!

I made these large relief prints awhile back with @biginkprints and as primarily being a sculptor, I was a little intimidated on how to mount them. Thanks to the expertise of @jaguar.smith and @paintemilygrace we got everything ready for display @createcmu . I'm in awe of the support of our arts community.

This one means a lot. 🌾

After a long road, we (@cor4studios) finally installed the first two of four sculptures along Wadsworth Blvd.
As a Wheat Ridge farmer—and someone who drives this stretch every single day—this project is especially meaningful. It's a privilege to create work that reflects the history, growth, and spirit of the community I call home.
Huge congratulations to my teammates for bringing this vision to life: @jodierothcooper @sshachtman @abotero_contemporary_art

Carnations fabricated by @jodierothcooper

The next two sculptures are coming soon!

C-SAAG artists @co_southasianartists had a wonderful time at the @arvadacenter last evening, engaging with insightful artist talks and learning more about the process of curating exhibitions, alongside the team of artists from @redlinedenver

A highlight of the evening was hearing directly from curators Collin Parson @collinparson and Olive Jarvis @olive.j.20 during the walkthrough of the artworks from the current exhibit, Tilting West - gaining valuable insight into how exhibitions come together, the thinking behind curatorial decisions, and the broader workings of the arts ecosystem.

This private curator tour was a part of our Professional Development Series thoughtfully arranged by our founder, Bala Thiagarajan @artbybala .

Experiences like these truly reflect our commitment to creating meaningful and enriching opportunities for our artist community.
