El must de este lote es el Guatemala Ader Recinos – Washed Process Mystery Ethiopian Variety. Variedad etíope 🇪🇹 no identificada de Huehuetenango, a 1,790 m, lavado con 24 h de fermentación. En taza: frutas verdes brillantes, lush cítrico y manzana crujiente. Vivo, limpio y todavía con ese carácter guatemalteco. 🇬🇹✨

Bright Green Fruits + Lush Citrus + Crisp Apple

UEV stands for Unidentified Ethiopian Variety. I’m trademarking that.

A mystery Ethiopian variety growing at 1,800 masl on Ader’s farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Bright green fruits, lush citrus, and a beautifully clean, electric acidity.

We’ve been buying coffee from Ader and his family for a few years now. We’re excited to see this new lot and can’t wait to share it with you!

Ripping fresh-harvest Pink Bourbon from Reinel Borbon at Finca El Espejo in Santa María, Huila.

The honey process enhances the fruitiness while the characteristic high vibrancy of the Pink Bourbon remains intact. Pink citrus, peach lemonade, crisp green apple, ripe mango, and a sweet, sparkling finish.

Clean, dynamic, and did i mention bright?!

COLOMBIA PABLO GÓMEZ — WASHED GEISHA

Strawberry Cooler + Jasmine + Lychee + Apricot

Pablo never planned on becoming a coffee producer. He returned to his family’s farm in Salgar, Antioquia to help his father, started paying attention to a handful of Geisha trees planted from Panamanian seed stock years earlier, and realized those trees held something special.

Today, those trees have become @go_bros_coffee and around 5,000 Geishas growing at 1,860 masl. This washed lot was vacuum sealed and air-freighted directly from Medellín to our roastery in Colorado — strawberry cooler and lychee fruit, ripe apricot, tons of jasmine, and an elegant vibe all the way through. We’re very excited to share it with you!

OSCAR OSORIO — CITRUS CO-FERMENT

Tart Lime + Citrus Peel + Sprite + Orange Milkshake

We love the idea of co-ferments that actually come from the farm. Oscar Osorio and Lucas from @unblendedcoffee built this one using leaves and peel from the mandarin lime trees growing alongside Oscar’s coffee in the mountains of Sonsón.

Five days of fermentation later, the result is absolutely ripping—tart lime, fresh citrus peel, Sprite sweetness, then this creamy orange milkshake thing as it cools. Wild enough to be fun, but remarkably clear and balanced.

A really cool coffee from a young producer pushing what’s possible in a region traditionally known more for volume than coffees like this.
