HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY ❤️❤️🥰🥰😁

🤎I want to be remembered as the girl with the most hearty laugh. Not smile… laugh.

The girl with the brightest smile and laugh.

I could watch this a million times, just me laughing while talking to my camera, with a pretty smile.

Ladies and gentlemen… Happy Valentine’s Day. I’ve been saving this video for Valentine’s Day 🤗🤗 I hope you’re smothered with so much love, it overwhelmes you… in a good way🥰🥰 taken in Kwara State Ilorin by @colorsofella

Oh my gosh!! Look at the sky! So beautiful 🤩 the sky this afternoon as just too beautiful. Good is good!

Am I the only one that gets really hyped when I see a beautiful sky?

I was sending a video note to a friend when I noticed how pretty the sky looked this afternoon,

My camera definitely did not do Justice to what my eyes beheld

I hear “sister Efe like one million times a day”
Born to be last born, forced to be first born.😂 The other side of Ella, the bubbly girl is the eldest daughter of her family and a second mum to her siblings.😀 The realities of being an eldest daughter and a very cheerful girl. I know how to switch perfectly. Gosh see how my furrowed eyebrows😂 If grandma is not calling to report, my siblings are calling to report.😀Even today I don shout like one million times. It’s one thing to be an eldest to teenager and a child.I legit have my own kids at this point.😀

Everytime time I talk to my siblings outside of the house, people are always shocked that it’s me😀 cause I be scolding or petting😂. It feels like I have a completely different personality. I remember the first date I had with Reekay. He insisted that I wasn’t a firstborn, that I wasn’t the typical firstborn. I’m always so cheerful, carefree, bubbly, smiley. I act like there’s no care in the world. And that’s not what people expect from a first child. They’re usually seen as very serious, strict, stern, and all of that.

Well, actually, I am that kind of firstborn. It’s just that I don’t show it outside the house. Inside the house, or maybe in my own personal space, I can be the eldest child. But the minute I step out of my family home, I drop that cape and become Ella a girl who finds happiness in the little things, smiles about everything, loves the rain, loves long drives, is always happy to see people succeeding and doing what they’re passionate about, always happy to give people compliments when they look good. That is who I am and who I choose to be.😁

But yeah, this is a side of me that rarely anybody gets to see, unless you’re privileged enough to. 😁 I’m sha still a baby to my daddy. He’s the reason I’m not the typical first born, he shoulders a lot and gives me room to be this bubbly girl that I am. My dad’s the best!

Anyways, any elder sibling that can relate to the video?😅 I’d like to meet you in the comment🤗🤗

A true diva. Black really don’t crack ooo

I still can’t believe she’s 60. Nobody can convince me otherwise because how do you explain this level of style, elegance, energy, and posture?

What makes this even more incredible is that this video was taken after she’d had one of the busiest 48 hours imaginable. She was literally on her way home, and I thought, I can’t let this beauty leave without showing her off! Imagine I took her in the morning!

Mrs Bisi thank you for the gift of access. Thank you for allowing me to witness excellence up close. You are a woman of impact, grace, strength, and substance. You inspire effortlessly, and you’ve set a standard many of us can only aspire to.

I had the privilege of spending ample time with her over the weekend and honestly I have so much to say, caption can’t take it all. I learned, I laughed, I was challenged, I was stretched, I was inspired, and I walked away in complete awe.

There’s something powerful about being in the presence of a woman who has built a life of excellence without losing her warmth. It’s a reminder that impact is possible, elegance never goes out of style, and age truly is just a number.

Thank you for being a living example of what it means to live well, lead well, and inspire deeply. You’re absolutely phenomenal. ❤️ taken in Ikeja Lagos by @colorsofella

If I ever find myself slipping away, getting caught up in the moment, and forgetting to give gratitude, please seize my heart. Seize my heart. Make it unsettled until I am on my knees thanking You for all You have done.

Dear God, if I ever lose sight of Your goodness and faithfulness, I pray that my spirit becomes unsettled until my heart returns to a place of gratitude. Remind me that where I am today is not by my might or my prayers, but by Your grace and mercy.

If I ever get caught up in life and forget to thank You, seize my heart. Make my spirit restless until I fall on my knees in gratitude, remembering that everything I have is because of You. Amen.

I’d rather my heart be unsettled when I find myself slipping in my gratitude than for me to go days, weeks, or months being caught up and forgetting who brought me to this point.

This week, I had a moment of reflection and realized I had been ungrateful. Not out of pride or because I had forgotten God’s goodness, but because I had become so caught up trying to do a good job that I forgot the One who makes it all possible. I had forgotten to say, “Thank You,” and to ask for mercy before doing the things I normally would.

I’m grateful that I was able to recognize my heart was drifting and return to a place of gratitude, even if it was simply to say, “Thank You, and I’m sorry I forgot.” It reminded me to make gratitude a daily prayer. I’m thankful that my spirit was unsettled enough to return to God because, honestly, where would I be if not for Him? taken in Kwara State Ilorin by @colorsofella

Someone said my lips and teeth must be tired from smiling too much. 😃 I just love to smile😁Honestly, I realized it’s hard for me to make a selfie video without showing my teeth. It just wouldn’t be me if I didn’t add a little smile.

Anyway, this song has been stuck in my head for the past few weeks. I love Hausa. It’s one of my favorite Nigerian languages.🥰

If you can teach Hausa or help hold me accountable while I learn, tell me ooo😂

Have a wonderful day ahead. I just decided to bless your screen with a bright, beautiful smile. 😊

*A struggling Christian.*

*She tries and fails so hard but tries harder to stay in. I contemplate, rant, complain, whine, do it, undo it, overthink it, she’s uncertain, she’s certain again, falter, go back, cry, forgive myself, do it again, backslide, be happy, find joy, find peace, find hope, lose it, wonder again, question, have imposter syndrome, listen to the innner thoughts, contemplate, wonder why?show up, fake it, put on a facade, be real, laugh, cry, lament, hiss, wonder why?just Dey, don’t care, care, hmmm. Do it all and the cycle repeat.* by @colorsofella

It was never a lack of care or concern, it was a confidence rooted in God’s grace, mercy, and protection. It was choosing faith over fear. The young shall grow ooo

These days I’m marvelled at the eagerness I have to travel, cannot be me of last year ooo.😀 The peace knowing that when I commit my journey into God’s hands, His grace and mercy cover me. I am the ransom of the Lord, and I will return with everlasting joy. Funny enough, most of my friends say that statement now, and that’s how I know they are wishing me a safe trip. We have officially upgraded from “safe travels” to “Ransom of the Lord” 😅

To my aunt @dorcasoviosun and uncle who were instrumental in introducing me to this spiritual family and helping to solidify my footing in this church, I will be eternally grateful to you both. It’s the best gift ever!

I also want to sincerely appreciate my spiritual parents Apostle @muyiwaareo and Pastor @temiareo and my resident pastors, Pastor @ibkfaleye and @damifaleye Thank you for building a family that strengthens hope, faith, and belief in God. Thank you for creating a space that continues to heal me and so many others through every lesson, every teaching, and every new understanding we gain. Thank God for enlightenment. Thank God for a spiritual family like mine.

And on yesterday episode😀(cause this was meant for yesterday ) of me posting and trying to keep up with my 60 days nonstop, this is my little “talk” for today.😁 Toodles. taken in Kwara State Ilorin by @colorsofella

To anyone listening , I’d like to hear your thoughts in the comments.

To Mr @the_olushola
Your videos are always thought-provoking, insightful, and educational, so thank you for consistently sharing your wisdom.
I just watched your video on the five things every mentee should and should never do, and it sparked this question that has been on my mind for a long time. I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts on it.

With your experience, what would you advise someone who has come to realize that they have damaged valuable relationships, opportunities, or networks(with mentors) because of their own character flaws? Should they focus on trying to repair those relationships, or should they accept the consequences, learn from them, and build healthier relationships moving forward? And if their reputation has already spread, what then? taken in Kwara State Ilorin by @colorsofella

I think I need to get on radio because I loved this, and I wanted to talk for longer, but I didn’t want the video to be too long.🤭🤩🤩

Question: what has your friend done recently that altered your brain chemistry? Please share with me in the comments. I’d really like to hear from you. I know our friends are always doing so much for us, but what is something they’ve done recently that was so different from the norm, it made you think, “Gosh, how did I get so lucky to be in a friendship like this?”

I want to hear all about it.🤭😁

I’ll also be making something like this again cause it’s a lot😁I’m so grateful that I get to experience friendships like this. I hear people talk about beautiful friendships, long-lasting friendships, having amazing girlfriends, and everything. I think this is the year I decided to be intentional about building female friendships. It hasn’t been easy, and I’m still learning. I’m still trying to nurture and foster those relationships. But it’s a road yeah?

Thank you for watching. Thank you for listening, and I’ll see you in the next one.🤗😅
