Woolacombe Dunes parkrun you were bloody BRUTAL!
Not the best @parkrunuk to do when you’re feeling proper mardy & don’t like sand, or wind & sand, or wind, sand and sand dunes. But… we couldn’t come all the way to Devon and not do one of the toughest parkruns in the UK. Would I do it again? What do you think? 🤔

Brownsham, Bideford Bay & Hartland National Trust. Such a tough walk - 520 feet of elevation & some fabulous views. Ruby loved it and was so good 🧡

The beauty of a house & dog sit with @housesitmatch is you get to look after the most gorgeous pets and travel to beautiful places 💖

Another day & another couple of beaches. Bucks Mills was lovely but too rocky so we headed to Instow Beach which was beautiful, such a big sandy beach, like Westward Ho! but bigger, the tide was way out & the weather was gorgeous ☀️😎 🌊🐕

Snoozing sofa position resumes 🐶🥰💤

First trip for us to Westward Ho! What a gorgeous beach, Ruby could have run for miles but the tide was coming in so we went for the best coffee @cabana_westward_ho the beach is beautiful, it’s Ruby’s favourite place and now she’s snuggled up & snoozing on the sofa after a really tiring day 🐕🌊💤

Forest Rec parkrun for us this morning, not every day you get to see the police at a parkrun! They were very happy watching us all run around the park 😂 great support from the @5kyourway_nottingham runners and volunteers, co-ordinating my odd @spox_official socks & @kokoandkind combo with one of the volunteers, saw another lady wearing @kokoandkind shorts 🥰
Really friendly participants & volunteers, a nice course with a few little inclines 😆 and a great cafe for afters. Will definitely do this one again.
