Last year we started Thursdays @ the Shop -
a free community event meant to bring folks together to enjoy and discuss all things creative.
Open to the public, and sponsored by local businesses, this event is 90% money free.
We offer our filming and/or post services to sponsors in exchange for their goods/time/support and it just goes to show - community wins the day at the end.

Bringing people together for a good time in a safe space to enjoy music, drinks, food, smoke, and lots of entertainment makes my heart full.

Please join us January 23 for our next Thursdays @ the Shop and bring anyone you feel would enjoy the vibe and conversations.

I rolled into 2025 with a cold but before the year was up I asked my husband to stop into @cftoeatoncentre to visit @aaniin.hello for their final pop up shop day.
He came home just in time for me to post shower slip into THE COMFIEST streetwear I now own. Everything fit so amazing and the quality of the fabric of these basics is like no other. This is all on top of starting the conversation about buying Indigenous from Indigenous creators.
Please don’t mind me as all I wear this year is @aaniin.hello!! Props to fellow female entrepreneur @iamchelseemarie for the vision to bring the first Indigenous owned department store to life. You’re an inspiration and your team are the sweetest people ever. by @comaedits

Thursday Night at @comaedits
October 17th 2024.

First time taking the broadcast switcher out for a shoot with all of my other equipment, performed well all night.
You can see the Panasonic struggling to get enough light onto the sensor.

TOMORROW - OPEN HOUSE EVENT

This Thursday, Coma Edits and our co-hosts @queerinpost will be holding the second in a series of events we call Thursdays At The Shop.

We welcome Toronto’s community of creatives and their collaborators to come through, enjoy our space, and rub elbows with our diverse network of artists and business owners.
