A proud moment for Marquise Spas and @commitfitness.mcr creating @remedy.bury – Private Spa!

We’re delighted to have received Commended recognition in Spa & Wellness Design at the Northern Design Awards 2026.

Creating Remedy has been a personal journey, with so much thought, hard work and hands on involvement in the design and installation. Our vision was to bring together a range of wellness facilities in a welcoming, private space where you can relax, reset and enjoy time together.

To have the judges recognise the quality and commitment behind our project means so much to us.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, visited Remedy and shared our little sanctuary with friends and family. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve created.

NEUROBRAIN HIGH PERFORMANCE | BUILT FOR COMBAT 🧠⚡

Different environments. One system. One purpose:
PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE. 🎯

With Danny Christie, we built one complete NeuroBrain High Performance Protocol across Manchester.

1 🧠 NEUROBRAIN → DECISION MAKING + NERVOUS SYSTEM

Training the brain for faster decision making and the nervous system for sharper, faster movement under pressure. ⚡🥷

2 🏋️ STRENGTH → @TheStrengthTherapy/Sila
Building strength with one priority — transfer into performance.

3 🚴 CONDITIONING → @commitfitness.mcr
Specialist Polar Bike work at championship-level intensity — testing performance as pressure and fatigue increase.

4 🧊 RECOVERY → @Remedy
Three different recovery states:

5 ⛰️ NATURE → HILL SPRINTS
Testing speed, output and performance under fatigue.

🔓 RELEASE → 🔋 RECOVER → 🧘 FULL RESET

Everything connected. 🔗

🧠 BRAIN → ⚡ NERVOUS SYSTEM → 🏋️ STRENGTH → 🚴 CONDITIONING → 🔥 PRESSURE → 🧊 RECOVERY → 🎯 PERFORMANCE

This is the NeuroBrain High Performance Protocol. 🥷

Different locations.
Different demands.
ONE SYSTEM.

When life gets you down .work, stress, timetables to keep.employees and people depending on you financially and emotionally I turn to my training!

Whatever anyone has to say about me being lazy will never be mentioned.
I have more than I need but have a burning for more to keep on moving forward.
I enjoy being around people who want to change and need help and advice.
I thought once I passed 50 I'd want to slow down but I want to speed up and do more.

Whatever your age whatever your goals incorporate some form of exercise routine into your life it will help you cope with more than you think!#commitfitness by @commitfitness.mcr
