Flexible Office Space for Businesses +
Social Living for Residents. CS Stay @vanderkampny

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Possibly the most unique apartment in Syracuse… and I’m still not over it.

A historic Masonic temple turned into a 3,300 sq. ft. two-story urban manor with 22-foot ceilings, two original stages, and preserved architectural details 🤯

This is the kind of space that changes how you live — dinner parties, content shoots, glam room, dream home office… all under one iconic roof.

✔ 3 bed | 2 bath
✔ Rooftop patio + community lounge
✔ WiFi included + keyless entry
✔ Pet-friendly
✔ Steps from downtown coffee & restaurants

And if you move in by March 1 → your first month is FREE (yes, really).

For a home that’s normally $3,400/month… that’s kind of wild.

Listing is in my link in bio — go look at this immediately and tell me how you’d design it. ✨

Get in front of local professionals and share your expertise in a meaningful way by co-hosting a lunch & learn workshop with us!

👉 Email us at media@cnywomensnetwork.com to start the conversation.

Service providers came together at @commonspace_ this week for a powerful Lunch & Learn with Yarden Carroll of @crownedcreativedigitalagency, focused on packaging, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Attendees walked away with practical strategies to elevate their offers, attract aligned clients, and sell with confidence.

Plus, we enjoyed a delicious catered lunch from @pastabilities and made time for intentional networking. Thanks for a great afternoon, @crownedcreativedigitalagency!

❤️ We’re still taking in all the leadership and womanhood insights that Gwen Webber-McLeod shared with us last month.

Members of The Collective by CNYWN joined us at @commonspace_ for a fireside chat and meet & greet with guest Gwen Webber-McLeod.

Gwen (@leadershipdiva), a leadership development expert, serves as the President and CEO of Gwen Inc. She was also a featured speaker at the 2024 CNY Women’s Summit.

Members had the opportunity to network and enjoyed complimentary champagne, sparkling water with fresh fruit, and a charcuterie spread courtesy of @shefancygrazingco. 🥂🍓

Coworking > WFH

This week kicked off our bi-weekly Coworking Meetup for members of @thecollective.cnywn at @commonspace_ and it was just the motivation we needed to power through our day.

Conversations flowed (so did the coffee) and there was a sense of community and creativity that is easily missed when working from home.

Sitting next to inspiring women, in such an energizing space, is officially our new favorite way to get stuff done. Thanks to everyone who joined – we’re already looking forward to the next meetup!

☎️ Gain access to member-exclusive perks and events, including our Coworking Meetup, when you join The Collective by CNYWN.
