Last week's Lunch & Learn with Dave Casullo brought together some incredible leaders at Commonspace Work. As the world rapidly changes and technology advances just as quickly, the goal of the day was timely: how do leaders stay grounded and continue to make an impact? Dave challenged everyone to embrace their natural strengths, get clear on what truly matters to them, and take intentional steps to align their life around it. Thank you to all who showed up, shared their perspectives, and made it such an energized session. We hope to see you at another event soon! #HighEnergyCulture #CNYLeaders #whatmatters @commonspace_

Possibly the most unique apartment in Syracuse… and I’m still not over it. A historic Masonic temple turned into a 3,300 sq. ft. two-story urban manor with 22-foot ceilings, two original stages, and preserved architectural details 🤯 This is the kind of space that changes how you live — dinner parties, content shoots, glam room, dream home office… all under one iconic roof. ✔ 3 bed | 2 bath ✔ Rooftop patio + community lounge ✔ WiFi included + keyless entry ✔ Pet-friendly ✔ Steps from downtown coffee & restaurants And if you move in by March 1 → your first month is FREE (yes, really). For a home that’s normally $3,400/month… that’s kind of wild. Listing is in my link in bio — go look at this immediately and tell me how you’d design it. ✨ #SyracuseNY #DowntownSyracuse #SyracuseApartments #CNY #ApartmentTour

This week’s @cultivatecny episode felt especially meaningful. We took the crew on-site to @vanderkampny — a remote wilderness retreat tucked away on 850 acres just outside of Syracuse — and honestly, it felt like stepping into a different world. Walking the property with @ttevans23 and @dcramer15, hearing the story behind the transformation, and seeing how intentional design, nature, and craftsmanship come together was a powerful reminder that where we gather matters just as much as why we gather. Vanderkamp isn’t just a retreat — it’s an invitation to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with something deeper. I left feeling grounded, inspired, and proud that places like this exist right here in Upstate New York. If you’re curious about building spaces that encourage presence, creativity, and restoration — this conversation is worth a listen. 🎧 Cultivate CNY 117: Designing an Intentional Retreat (Part 2) ft.
