Welcome to twenty one!

After a little hiatus from the bizarre year that was, we are back in good form and full spirits for 2021.

I must admit, 2020 was good to us - we have a healthy little boy that arrived. He is adorable and has the best laughs. We learnt a lot, about myself, family, friends, and adapting; about joy and simplicity. Also about sleep. We managed to get some naps in, albeit the nights were long and figuring out baby. I’m still waiting (and hopeful) for a full nights sleep some time in the *near* future.

Thank you to those that were patient while that year took over and threw us the crazy covid curveball. Eternally grateful.

So here’s to bringing on creativity and calmness in the adventures of 2021.

It’s devastating to see the images, hear the stories of homes lost, 19 passed away, and even contemplate the after effects of these fires. Never has food and water supply been so important, or making a decision to stay or go been detrimental for life. But it’s so heartfelt to see how the power of people coming together can make a change. @nswrfs saving what you can with the human power you have and us as supporters.
