The details and outdoor space at our 75th project are so dialed in. These larger lots in Scottsdale allow us to really go all out with the landscaping design and create that “at home” getaway for our clients! taken in Paradise Valley Farms, Scottsdale, Arizona by @communitydevco

Right now, it’s a concrete pour. Someday, a family will call it home.

There will be a kitchen where everyone ends up hanging out. A hallway full of kids’ shoes. A backyard where birthdays turn into late nights.

But today, here in North Scottsdale, we’re getting the foundation right.

Building a custom home means thinking about the people who will live there long before they move in. That’s what makes this part of the job matter. taken in Pinnacle Peak Shadows by @communitydevco

Steel work and framing is very much under way at our Montoya Project. This lot is adjacent to our Brisas lot in north Scottsdale. Since this project is keeping almost the same timeline as our Brisas project it’s almost like we are building one massive compound in the shadows of Pinnacle Peak. taken in Pinnacle Peak Shadows by @communitydevco

Sometimes you just have to destroy something to create space for something new.

We absolutely love the way this new build in Paradise Valley blends in with its surroundings. Our Palo Verde project is becoming the home we planned out last year and we couldn’t be more excited. taken in Paradise Valley, Arizona by @communitydevco

We hired a new project manager his name is Adam, he’s a pretty straight forward guy with a lot of construction experience but we are starting to notice he’s quite literal.

Our second Royal View project is completely demoed now thanks to the crew Adam called in and we are ready to bring another Community Development build to life. taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @communitydevco

Quality is always our focus but when the stars align and we can make calculated movements at this pace we take the gift and roll with it.

This was all possible with careful planning and coordination by our team and subs, you guys killed it. taken in Paradise Valley, Arizona by @communitydevco

Building homes that last is the point. We know that when we are long gone the properties that we have built will be standing strong, if that’s not legacy we aren’t sure what is. taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @communitydevco

We have opened up the space for another new build off of Camelback!

We honestly are so appreciative of the amount of new builds we have been able to start this year!

Thank you to our clients for the trust to craft your forever home and allowing us to do what we do best. taken in Camelback Mountain by @communitydevco

Our Brisas project is all leveled out and ready for stems! This property is really going to change the landscape of north Scottsdale!

We are the busiest we have ever been and growing so much so that we are looking to fill a Project Coordinator position if you feel like you have what it takes DM us! taken in Pinnacle Peak Shadows by @communitydevco
