Breaking news: dirt is having a moment. 🚜
Not the glam reveal, we know — but someone's gotta move a mountain before the mountain views get their moment!

Massive respect to our crew putting in the real work out there.

They even made sure our client didn't miss the action, even though they were traveling out of the country: "I wanted to make sure you didn't miss the first shovel in the ground."

More to come as the dirt keeps moving, thanks to the incredible hands making it happen.🙏

We finally broke ground!🏡 LET'S GOOOO!!!

We've been waiting a long time for the green light on this hillside custom home, and pinch me, cause it’s finally real!

Those mountains layered in the distance, and then this guy (see photo 2) throwing up what I can only describe as the hand of God, giving us a full saguaro high five on all fronts!

Yeah… it’s definitely a good sign.

This special spot has been calling to us from the first moment we laid eyes on it… and soon it'll be home to our incredible clients.

We can't wait to share the story as it unfolds, from raw land to a place where mornings and sunsets get to do all the work.

More to come as the dirt starts moving!

Enjoying the view from the lowest part of our elevated backyard! Now we can see the papago buttes Tempe Town lakes and all of South mountain in addition to all of downtown Phoenix. Time to go to work and find the path to the pergola spot and Mark the Apex of the property 200 ft above the build Spot!#castlekraver

Kyle with Peak lumina #peaklumina is helping me get cones up to the elevated backyard so we can mark the pergola spot 60 ft above the build spot and the apex of the property 200 ft above the build spot. If you drive by 4836 East Red Rock Drive Phoenix and see a pair of cones up the cliff face towards the west side of the property, that's where I'd like to put my pergola. As far as the Apex is concerned, it's really hard to see that cone from the street level, if you're back at the corner of Cliffside and white gate, you can make it just barely out.#castlekraver

Aaron Collins #arizonamountainguides #azmountainguides ascending to my elevated backyard to help the rest of us get up to determine the path to the pergola and the Apex of my backyard. Where we stand will be smoothed out to make a perch where a dozen people can hang out and enjoy!#castlekraver

Some arrived before 5:30. After review of the quest of the day, understanding the area of disturbance for the elevated backyard, we were ready for the climb and the mission! I could not have had a better team backing me up! #castlekraver

Thank you community development for showing me and my wife a pair of your hillside builds who are working on and dropping by our Red Rock property to talk about the future!
