TNT is a piece i wrote for college players to use along with a track. The aim was to write a Timp piece with a tune! Here is my performance of the work accompanied by the wonderful Lewis Merthyr Band conducted by Craig Roberts at the National Eisteddfod of Wales this summer.
Special thanks to Ev-entz and team for the logistical support and extra drums!

If you would like to purchase the solo version with track or the version band please contact me at info@marshalljonesmusic.co.uk

Chris comes from Cardiff, Wales and is a Composer and Percussionist. His works have been played by The Royal Philharmonic, BBC Concert Orchestra and the Orchestra of Welsh National Opera to name a few.

After completing his Master’s in composition for screen at the Royal College of Music London he now works in the Film, TV and video game industry alongside his work as a composer for the concert hall.

For the score to Loathsome Old Trout, he was asked to lean into his skills as a percussionist/drummer and create a percussive and motor driven score. His work with artists such as Queen, Jason Robert Brown and floating points ensemble gave him a good grounding to produce an interesting and fun score.

Had a lovely day at St Davids Cathedral with the amazing team at ABC of Opera. What a great experience for the children and a pleasure to be involved and write the song along with Grahame Davies and some of the pupils from the schools. by @composermarshall
