Last day in Moab. Tomorrow morning we point the bikes east and start making our way home.

What an incredible trip. This was easily the most challenging and technical off-road riding Dave and I have done on the adventure bikes. We pushed ourselves, learned a lot, and found out these big bikes are capable of a lot more than we realized.

As much fun as the adventure bike riding was, I think our day tackling Hell’s Revenge in the Can-Ams might have been the highlight of the trip. But honestly, it’s hard to pick one favorite moment. We packed a lot into a few days.

One thing we know for sure now… slickrock is intimidating, sand is evil. 😂 If I have to choose, give me slickrock every time.

People always talk about what these bigger adventure bikes can and can’t do, but until you actually get them out here on this terrain, you don’t really know. We definitely have a whole new respect for what they’re capable of. by @conanschafer

Hell’s Revenge.

A little slick rock. A little sand. A lot of steep climbs. A lot of incredible views.

Dave and I spent the day exploring Moab in Can-Ams. Another adventure in the books. by @conanschafer

870 miles from Nebraska to Moab.

Dave and I rolled out on the bikes and spent the last two days chasing highways and eating questionable gas station food. But we made it.

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A local man has reportedly sustained a series of minor injuries after repeatedly and voluntarily returning to a martial arts academy where, sources confirm, people are routinely folded, squeezed, and gently strangled as part of a recreational activity.

The individual, described by insiders as “fully aware of what he signed up for,” was observed with visible bruising and signs of physical wear consistent with what experts are now calling “doing Jiu-Jitsu on purpose.” Authorities have not released the man’s name, though witnesses say he can often be heard telling others, “I’m good,” while clearly not being good.

A source familiar with the situation, speaking on condition of anonymity, reported injuries including a black eye, strained joints, and soreness in “basically everything that bends.” Additional findings included twisted toes, neck fatigue from repeated choke attempts, and rib discomfort believed to be linked to “someone much heavier deciding to rest there.”

Despite the mounting evidence, officials confirm the man continues to return to the scene multiple times per week, often bringing a gym bag.

No investigation has been launched, as authorities determined the activity to be “entirely self-inflicted and, frankly, kind of his thing.” by @conanschafer

Brothers. New York City.

We came out to celebrate a birthday, but like most good trips, it became about something more than that. We moved through the city one neighborhood at a time. Meals that lasted longer than planned. Shops we had no business walking into but couldn’t resist. A cold ferry ride with the skyline stretched out in front of us. A brisk walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. An afternoon inside the Arte Museum. Time spent in a few proper Japanese selvedge denim stores and an old-school haberdashery that felt like stepping back a few decades.
Nothing rushed. No real agenda. Just three brothers with a lifetime behind us and, hopefully, plenty more still ahead, adding our own small stories to a city that’s been collecting them forever.

Here are a few moments from the trip. by @conanschafer
