I’ve been working on a project since December and this is just a small start to something so special to my heart ❤️‘Proud Mom ‘Mothering Our Miracles’ I hosted my first brunch to celebrate my son Harlem birthday but also the beautiful, resilient mothers raising children with special needs. These women carry so much on their shoulders while sacrificing on a daily, yet lead with love every single day. This was more than a brunch—it was a moment to honor their journey, their strength, a safe space to be heard and remind them just how incredible they are.

Finding H.E.R. Again 🙌🏽☺️

This felt so good to do!! Working out is my stress relief, my time to collect my thoughts. I dealt with alot of emotions rather it was feeling anxious, depression or anxiety and for years I would workout consistently to help with those feelings. I had to stop for reasons that were out of my control but things are slowly becoming more manageable and it feels good. I have to continue to give myself grace, time, and confidence to do what I love doing so I can do what is necessary for me and my family!
