Here’s 2 things that would help most unlock theirs hips and increase mobility.

Some of you may have professions where you might sit a lot or you may not have the mobility that you used to have.

There’s a lot who can’t get into a chair or get up without worrying about and aching knee or a bad back.

Try adding these mobility exercises as a daily routine and see how much better you feel and how with more mobility it decreases pain in that joint and the surrounding joints like the knees and ankles.

I have plenty of mobility exercise that will have you feeling like you’re aging backward.

DM me “Mobility” if you need help creating a routine that will have you with less pain and more mobility so you can move freely and not feel like joint pain is just something you have to live with.

I understand it’s a goal for a lot of people to do a PULL UP but they just don’t know how or even where to START.

Not being able to do a pull up can make some people feel insecure and even makes it harder for them to want to try if there are people around.

Weight management challenges or not having the upper body strength makes for less confidence with trying a pull up too.

The assisted pull up is a great way to train yourself and develop the strength and movement pattern to get you on your way.

The more weight that you add to the stack means that’s the weight it assists with or making you use less than that of your body weight.

As you get more familiar and grow in strength, you’d use less weight and be ready for a pull up with your body weight only.

Does communication cause issues?

I’m a strong believer in communication because I believe it’s therapeutic and also it breaks down barriers but here you’ll see sometimes communication itself can be a barrier for men.

Can a relationship of any kind prosper without communication?

Communication styles also can be a barrier but when those involved can learn to communicate I do think that’s a superpower.
