Y’all, I’m so excited about this page, Connected Consultations ♾️

First, thank you to every friend and client who’s been here while I’ve figured out how to show up on social media.

The consultation is second nature to me, but social media is a different beast. I finally have a gauge on it, and I’m so excited for who this page is going to serve.

I’m going to show you what it means to have a pro head (yes, still playing with that name 😉).

It covers mind, body, hair, leadership, parenthood, friendship, entrepreneurship and partnership: everything I’m learning while wearing all my hats.

Then, through masterclassws and cohorts, I’ll teach stylists how to bring that into their consultations. The consultation is 70% nonverbal and only 30% verbal. When you learn to read your client’s cues, you only have to speak 30% of the time, and every word lands.

Stories are up to 22x more memorable than facts, and 90–95% of purchases are made because of an emotional response. When you only list features and benefits, your client forgets them by the time they hit the front desk. When you share what happened to your hair after two washes, they remember it, and they trust you.

The week I started using our line’s deep conditioner, I told the four clients who could benefit from it about my experience.
