Happy birthday to the woman who started it all! 🥂✨

The visionary, fearless leader, big dreamer, and heart behind Harlow — MISTY! 💕

You built more than a salon. You built a place where people get to grow, create, laugh, learn, dream bigger, and occasionally participate in whatever wild idea we’ve come up with next. 😂

We’re so grateful for your vision, your passion, and the way you continue to push Harlow (and all of us) forward.

Here’s to another year of big dreams, great hair, good wine, lots of laughs, and probably at least a little chaos. 😉

Happy Birthday, Misty! We love you! 🥳🥂✨

Are you building capacity or leaking it!?

Being in a room full of women thirsty to learn and grow in order to achieve their dreams is truly medicine for the soul.

These are truths that hit home for us and little treasures we plan on taking home to #enrich our lives from Day 1.

Day 2 was 🤯 and can’t wait to show you how we are leveling up

Stay tuned for day 2 car confessions of a @thesalesgirlsofficial tomorrow!

WHY I LOVE EUFORA SCALP THERAPY + EUFORA PRODUCTS 🤌🏽 This is what’s in my bathroom.

Healthy hair starts at the scalp. Period. 🤍

We love @eufora.pro because it’s more than beautiful hair. It’s about creating a healthy foundation for the hair and giving our guests an elevated, results-driven experience.

🌿 Scalp Therapy helps us care for the scalp, address buildup, support a healthy scalp environment, and turn a regular salon visit into a true self-care experience.

✨ @euforainternational products are formulated with high-quality ingredients and a commitment to healthy hair, beautiful results, and conscious beauty.

From the scalp to the ends, we believe your hair deserves to be cared for from the inside out.

✨ HARLOW’S $30K CLUB ✨

Work hard. Grow together. Then CELEBRATE BIG. 🥂🐝

Harlow’s $30K Club celebrates the team members who reach an incredible milestone: $30,000+ in annual retail sales. It’s about so much more than selling products. It represents trust, consistency, education, and helping our guests maintain their beautiful hair long after they leave our chairs. 🤍

And when you hit $30K? We celebrate. 🎉

This year, our $30K Club earned some much-deserved R&R with a getaway filled with spa time, massages, walks on the beach, and plenty of lounging in our cabana by the pool doing absolutely NOTHING. ☀️🌴🍹

No goals. No numbers. No hustle.

Just time to relax, recharge, laugh, connect, and celebrate everything they accomplished.

At Harlow, we believe in setting big goals, rewarding growth, and creating experiences our team will remember long after the year is over.

$30K Club… you earned every minute of this. 🥂🐝✨

paid for the strategy. The plan. The roadmap. And then you were left alone to build it all yourself.

That’s the contradiction the coaching world will never say out loud.

The industry teaches education.
The industry teaches strategy.

But it stops the moment implementation begins.

And then you’re left — after the conference, after the mastermind, after the $15,000 course — trying to execute complex technical systems you were never trained to build.

So the strategy you paid for never gets executed.

What happened is the industry sold you the map and left you to build the road.

Think about how you became great at hair.

You didn’t do everything yourself.
You hired the best colorists.
You brought in the right people for the right seats.

Your backend deserves the same standard.

You don’t need another strategy.
You don’t need another course.
You don’t need another notebook full of ideas you’ll never have time to execute.

You need implementation.
Done for you.
Built by people who have already tested every system in real salons, in real markets, with real verified results.

That’s exactly what I wrote about in my book.

Because I lived this contradiction myself. I paid for the strategies. I sat in the rooms. I took the courses.

And then I went home and built everything from scratch — alone — because nobody was offering to actually do it for me.

So I built the implementation company the industry never gave me.

The Luxury Contradiction is out now on Amazon.

The strategy is in the book.
The implementation is what we do every day.

The systems you need never get built.
The ROI you were promised never shows up.

And you blame yourself.

You wonder if you’re not smart enough.
Not disciplined enough.
Not ready enough.

But that’s not what happened.
