“Another world is possible” is the sentence I repeated again and again, and again, in these past weeks.

I needed it for myself, to not loose hope, faith in humanity.

I needed to talk to others to digest the news daily. I needed to be able to express my shock, my confusion, my “political awakening”.

We are living in far more right wing times than I wanted to acknowledge, that I was aware of.

And we need to work on creating another new reality!

Now, more than ever, we need to support each other ~ and to show kindness in the small things.

And we need to continue learning to speak up! To raise our voice for injustices, to r@cism, to anti-semitism, to isl@mphobia, to (war)crimes, even if it feels scary, uncomfortable, insecure!

We need to become better allies for one another! (Whyte) people need to open their eyes to the reality we have created and live in.

We shall never forget to see the human in each one of us, past politicians and their ugly, horrendous decisions!

Another world is possible & we are part of it! ✨

May we learn,
may we grow,
may we heal,
may we support one another.

and demand #ceasefirenow again and again and never give up to show our humanity, no matter how hopeless and cruel situations seem like 🔥

PS: Those who know me (momo) know that I can not think in these „love and light“ realms, but this time, the only thing I could return to was the spiritual side of me because all else felt lost. It is time to connect the political brain more with the body and the spirit I guess :-)

Co-Coaching group is growing, Monday times have changed to evening & there is space for a few more peeps! is it youu? ✨

We are starting on 18.10. in 3,5 weekssss 🦋🦋🦋

So far majority speaks German as well as English so it will be a mix of both languages - my facilitation will depend on the last sign ups to join!

Let me know if you have any questions by Thursday evening as i will be offline for ~ a week by Friday evening 🐬

i so love to read the sign ups and reasons why this is calling you! Yesterday i prepared the content of all sessions based on the current sign ups and i cant wait to see how this closed group container will unfold! 🤩

Becauseeee! i want to see all you spread your wings and believe in yourself ~ i would not be where i am today without the countless support of my friends and coaches hyping me up, supporting me along the way!! its a journey!

This offering is one of the dearest to my heart as i believe in it soo much, yet i am curious if people truly get the magic of it without me personally talking about it? i LOVE to read answers for sign ups in general, and i can feel this is a new era of longterm deeper change over a few months! 🌀

i’ve been wanting to start this for a looong time in a closed group container but i was unsure to find a commited enough group ~ but we are! and my fingertips feel a tingly “i wanna start already” but i also know why we start on 18.10. - 18.01. 🌟

I am very happy to announce a new facilitator who will be holding space with me: Wonderful @charming.theys was already part of the events and hosts own events on queer dating 💞
We will co-create a safer space with bodywork to arrive in your own body and consensually connect with others.
We can take it to an oil-pouring, slippery, sensual time together in which we embrace our own bodies and receive warm showers of worship in a gentle, soft, and cherishing way.

This event will be for all genders with an emphasis for queer peeps 🏳️‍🌈

Today is Tamis birthday - 12.12.24 (what a beautiful date?!?!) & o m g how blessed i feel to share this life-path with you!! 🥹🪩🎉🐬🌈🦋🐭🧸💜

are you all ready for a little story telling of our past year(s) creating magic together? ✨✨✨

but where to even start? maybe at where we meet in 2019 - volunteering for psyclean at a festival near Berlin. i welcomed Tami into my heart from the first second i saw him at the trainstation but would have never believed where our journey would take us one day!! 🐛🦋

in august 2020 i invited him to visit me in my little forrest near a bavarian village - i organized the first connection retreat there - and was a bit unsure how this bubbly fireball who i have never really seen quiet would fit into a calmer forrest environment 🤭

and well, we all fitted perfectly with all our differences- and started with Connecting Passions soon after 💜

i keep saying this but yes, there would be no Connecting Passions without Tami, without him cheerleading from day 0 and believing in me, us, without any of us knowing what we are actually doing 🤪 but just following our passions, our joy, our visions, aligning in our core values and seeing the world in similar ways even with completely different life experiences

now, 5.5 years into meeting we have organized and facilitated 3 retreats together, many workshops and 3 amazingly beautiful events in @genezarethkirche_startbahn 🫧🫧🫧

we also knew that this ~ harvest retreat ~ will be the last retreat for us for a while - as we are focusing now more on our bubbles before bringing them all together again in different shapes and forms!

and i could have not imagined doing this “apprenticeship” with anyone else than you and @roby.two.spirit 🥹🫂

because… for me you are so much more beyond this energetic energyball (which off i also LOVE & cherishhh) but i love your heart & brain even more

there are not many people who stimulate me intellectually like the conversations with you do, your viewpoints, shaped also so much from your experiences, your criticalness yet playfullness, omg im just so grateful to have you in my life!

✨ we are back from summer break with more cozy & cute editions of FLINTA* hamam nights of collective rest & care 💕 mark your calendars & join us on 15.09., 20.10. & 10.11. ✨

because we deserve to rest. to slow down. to exhale. to gather, to soften, to care & be cared for. to let go, wash it off, sweat it out & simply be 🫧

come alone, with friends, or lovers — all FLINTA*s are welcome, no matter how you present 💜

we slowly arrive from 5 pm, gather around 6 pm with tea & shared snacks. momo & sıla will hold the space with an opening circle, intro into the hamam & gentle facilitation, where you can get to know the group better & co-create a vision of what you would like the evening to look like. we’ll then move into the hamam - to share small acts of care like washing each other or simply sweating next to each other 💧

💫 tickets: 15€ for 5 hours entry (paid upon arrival directly to hamam) + additional 5-15€ (sliding scale to reserve your spot via eventbrite) for facilitation & orga
