⭐️ What makes CAS so special?

🎤 Hear directly from our volunteers, past and present.

A new cohort of volunteers will be joining us very soon (the responses were incredible 👏🏽👏🏽)! We’re looking forward to introducing new ideas and programs in this space for 2026.

Stay tuned 👀

Our NEDA x CAS showcase was a culmination of the work of our participants who engaged with our BIPOC artists. It was amazing to see the works that were created over the past month in April be displayed in our space and celebrated with everyone who came along.

We would like to thank @neda.org.au for collaborating with us on this project. We would also like to thank our volunteers to who helped to install the exhibit and set up the space for such an amazing day.

And a big thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate the work that was created over April. We are honoured to have celebrated this project with you all.

Credit to @stephiblossom for documenting this event.

Step into a dreamscape with Queer Film Club 🎞️✨

Join us for ‘Dreams’ by Akira Kurosawa, a visually stunning anthology of eight dreamlike vignettes drawn from Kurosawa’s subconscious. Moving through childhood memories, haunting encounters with spirits and reflections of death, the film blurs the line between reality and imagination.

After the screening, join our 🌙 Dream Circle 🌙 - a relaxed, opened space to share your own dreams, impressions and reflections. Whether symbolic, surreal or personal, it’s a chance to listen, connect and explore meaning together.

Doors open at 5pm 🕔
Film starts at 5:45pm 🎬
🫖🍵 Chai/Tea will be provided | BYO Snacks

📍Connection Art Space, Dandenong. Located 5mins walk from Dandenong station 🚉

Come watch, unwind and share your dreams with us 🪷
