Today marks the start of the VenueGPS 2.0 Intelligence 7-Day Tour! Over the next week, I’ll be meeting with former CEOs and tech leaders to discuss strategic board appointments and advisory roles.

To date, we’ve bootstrapped our growth, raising over $750,000 alongside $1.5M in personal seed funding to successfully build and deliver our 1.0 Proof of Concept.

As part of our corporate growth strategy, we are cleaning up our cap table by reporting inactive accounts from the 2019–2020 era to the state. Restructuring these 80 dormant stakeholder accounts will open up a 4–6% equity pool for new strategic board members and key partners. Excited for the conversations ahead!
