My Top Business Travel Meeting of 2025

A CEO and his son drove from Washington, D.C., to Miami, Florida to attend a business meeting featuring:

💡 Jeff Hoffman – Former CEO of Priceline & Booking.com @speakerjeffhoffman
💡 Big Meech – Entrepreneur & BMF Founder @therealbigmeechbmf
💡 Shamikka Marty – CEO of Beyond The Game Health & National Events Director @beyondthegamehealth

This meeting took place during the historic Government Shutdown of 2025, a period that dramatically affected both business operations and national travel. During this time, a CEO lost his government employment, which had been funding his pre-revenue technology venture, and major airports across the country were canceling flights. Despite these obstacles, there was a scheduled business review in Miami to evaluate the company MVP, beta results, and revenue model. The meeting still had to happen.

Today, military communities rely on two core morale programs, Morale, Welfare & Recreation (MWR) and Information, Tickets & Tours (ITT), for leisure support. Conn Morey recognized major gaps in digital access, efficiency, and discovery within these systems.

Since 2013, the retired digital veteran owned business has invested in building VenueGPS, an independent geo-fenced global digital hub. Today it stands at the forefront of digital innovation by redefining how families, vacationers, partygoers, athletes, business travelers, and jet setters will plan, navigate, and experience destinations in the near future.

At the product level, VenueGPS delivers an integrated digital ecosystem through mobile and desktop applications, airport kiosks, autonomous vehicle integration, wearable technology, artificial intelligence, and future metaverse capabilities.

Users receive real time access to events, admissions, livestreams, city directories, maps, and personalized recommendations through a single intuitive platform.

VenueGPS stands ready to lead by bridging technology to becoming a unicorn multi-trillion dollar business. 🙏🏽🫡
