POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
I’m not exactly sure how to express how fired up. I am with the communities that are coming together with a specific purpose. Productivity.

I have had a renewed sense of clarity on the groups that I put together. We don’t talk about ideas we talk about what we have implemented, the tools we have used to implement them and how much revenue it has created for our companies.

This room is comprised of founders, business owners, engineers, and builders. (this week was insane with one of the chief architects at Charles Schwab and his head engineer, implementing AI sharing their knowledge of how to look AI in your business)

We turn ideas into action and we build things others only think about.

This specific meet up is “AI nerds & coffee”, if you would like to join the next one, please check the criteria below and register on the link below.

CRITERIA
You must have built something with AI, you must use AI and automations in your everyday life, you must be willing to lead with curiosity and not judgment, you must actively participate, you must be willing to show under the hood of what you have built to ultimately help others continue to build.

8 years in the Alaska Army National Guard – doing high angle high elevation hoist rescue on the UH-60 (not pictured) in the most unforgiving terrain on earth. After leaving AK, no unit ever felt like home again, so I made the tough call to hang up it up.

Army Aviation is special. Alaska Army NG does it better than anywhere I’ve seen – hands down.

Last week I got to swing by the unit, see what my buddies have built, and damn... the pride hit hard.

Every company I’ve founded (including 9 Line companies) has one cornerstone: support those who serve. I don’t take that name lightly. We’re always ready for the call – worldwide, no hesitation.

Side quest: One day, 9 Line Aviation. I’ll own a hoist-capable bird. Not to fly it... just to run hoists again, I will let the front seaters do their nerd stuff.

Who’s wants to apply to be my pilot? 🇺🇸

This is what TDY looks like when the lodging is built for the team, not for a lobby.

You pull up. Door codes are in the packet. The house is yours.

No front desk. No hauling gear past a crowd. No twelve separate hotel rooms.
Living room for AARs and after the range. Fully equipped kitchen. We guarantee it. Coffee at 0500 without waiting in line. Washer and dryer in the house. No quarters. No coin machine.

Everyone gets their own bedroom unless the unit asks for something different. Room assignments are on the check-in packet so nobody is scrambling for beds.

Pool. Recovery space. Amenities that actually support the mission.

This is one house. Small team or full roster. Stateside or overseas. Same standard every time: private, set up for the mission, JTR and DTS compliant.

Comment BRIEF below and we will send this week’s Thursday brief.

Or send a trip request at www.9lineagency.com

What if your idea went through 2-3 rounds of feedback before the next meeting?

In this clip, they describe a workflow:

Record the discussion.
Put the transcript into Claude.
Run the EBI, or “Even Better If,” process on the idea.
Repeat the critique and revision.
Bring the strongest version back to the team.

AI can push the idea forward between meetings. The people in the room still decide what deserves to move ahead.

That is a better use of AI than asking for one polished answer and calling it done.

Agentic Society is for owners and AI builders who want to test workflows like this and share what actually works. If your business does $1M+ ARR, comment AGENTS to speak with founder Austin to see if you’re a good fit for Agentic Society.

Eight hours of team labor. Saved every day. ⏳

In this clip, @connor_cullip shares how an AI-powered workflow helped his team build a website showcasing suppliers and a process they used to handle manually.

His reported results: eight hours of labor saved per day and turnaround reduced from 24–48 hours to about five minutes.

Start with one repetitive process. Measure the time it takes. Then test what AI can take off your team’s plate.

Follow @agentic.society for practical ways to put AI to work in your business.

Drop in the comments, what’s one task your team repeats every day that you’d love to automate?

Comment “RSVP” to get on the waitlist for our next Agentic Society event on October 2nd.

Limited seats available to get in the room with business owners and AI builders actually implementing this stuff.

@isaiah_zimmerman spoke at the Network of Directors this past Friday for the Agentic Ai Panel on choosing the right AI model is only the beginning.

What happens when an AI agent can email your team, access customer data, or make changes inside your business?

That’s where AI governance becomes just as important as the technology itself.

The goal isn’t just to use AI.

It’s to build AI systems that are safe, trustworthy, and actually ready for business.

Follow @agentic.society for practical AI strategies, systems, and implementation ideas for business.

Limited seats available to get in the room with some of the best minds in AI.

Your team is already using AI.

The real question is whether you know how they’re using it.

That’s where shadow AI becomes a problem.

For the last year, the Network of Directors has been getting business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs together in one room while I interview a business that does $5 million to $150 million in annual revenue. The goal is not to get someone on stage that is just bragging about what they've built, but ultimately sharing the founder journey, the ups, the downs, and everything in between.

This event is going to be a little bit different. For the 1-year anniversary, I've put together the most skilled AI panel I have ever seen in my entire life. We're not going to be talking about ideas of AI. We're going to talk about the exact steps to increase revenue, save costs, or decrease errors in your business: a fully built-out roadmap and a ton of stuff that you can take home and implement in 1 day.

You don’t want to miss this one. taken in Austin, Texas by @connor_cullip

Network of Director’s with Judson Kaufman.

judson spoke for nearly 45 minutes and dropped absolute bombs. This was definitely one of the most impactful network of directors that I facilitated.

I call myself a conduit, never the subject, but the bridge between the brilliance of who I am interviewing to the audience.

Working with Judson was kind of an interesting experience. Sometimes I have to facilitate a lot more to get the brilliance out of someone by asking different questions or pushing them in the right direction to get to the real value. Judson was quite literally the opposite. It was a fascinating lesson of how to facilitate without saying a word.

Brilliance is defined as great brightness, high intelligence or skill. And brilliance is something that I am very fascinated with. The janitor who is extremely passionate about their job and lives by how you do one thing is how you do everything is brilliant. The CEO of a company who leads with curiosity and passion is also brilliant. Judson Kauffman is brilliant, this is a lesson to me about how a facilitator can pull attention away from true brilliance as it flows freely.

Obsessed with understanding the human condition, how do you sustain performance over time. How can you sustain this not once or twice but over a lifetime time?

of course Judson went on to explain this in depth and it was gold.

Something I didn’t know at 18 but it so to me now is that you cannot typically force momentum. (the one exception I know is if you have a ton of money to spend on the future.)

Many people do not know that I want to college for automotive at 17 after essentially dropping out of high school. 18 I got a job in an automotive dealership because it was a requirement of my college program.

The first two days were spent changing oil for $13 an hour, thankfully, I had a friend working as a mechanic in the back who needed help diagnosing some electrical issues, which I was quite good at. @peakautoak this completely changed my trajectory within six months I had two bays and operating at 100% flat rate.

after about a year, I was making about $33 an hour, flipping cars and doing side jobs with Randall. What was kind of funny about this is that I was making more than most guys in the shop and felt like I hit a glass ceiling. but it was probably the best thing that ever happened to me.

In that moment that I share in the video where everyone was standing at the back of their vehicles, cat calling some poor girl I was able to look at every single version of my future and needed to make a drastic change.

OK, back to momentum… there will always be times that it feels like there is no momentum or the opposite that there is too much momentum to handle. Having no momentum feels like kicking a cactus trying to make money by putting your head down and working hard harder. I have found that looking up and seeking momentum by changing a few things or a lot of things depending on the circumstances often brings better results.

I used to think that when there was no momentum that I needed to start a new business or pivot and drastic ways but often I find that the changes need to be significantly simpler than starting something new.

You cannot force momentum, but you can fabricate it.

honestly, shout out to my buddy Randall, from being the two highest GPAs in our automotive course to working together at Lithia Chevrolet to now watching him build a massive auto shop. If I was a betting man I would put money on @peakautoak by @connor_cullip

Judson story is one that I wish I could spend hours interviewing him on. From Navy seal to business owner, this clip grabbed one thing from his interview that I think everyone should understand a little better, including myself.

Having the ability to look for opportunities that are not yet possible and storing them away for later.

But ideas ideas are only a small fraction of starting a business. Having the ability to execute on a well designed plan is everything and Judson is a professional at this.

So good in fact that they’ve sold over $50 million in submarines and data to the United States government.

Network of directors is a “networking” group that gets together once a month to discuss how a founder was able to conceptualize and grow their business. We talk about the good, bad and, ugly. An event designed around the founders journey and applicable advice for anyone looking to grow their business.
