Most TDY lodging still treats the mission like an afterthought.

Teams show up, check into whatever hotel is left, and spend the trip working around the building instead of the objective. That is the problem 9 Line Agency was built to fix.

Connor Cullip, eight-year Alaska Army National Guard hoist operator, watched it happen repeatedly. He started 9 Line Agency to give units a different option: vetted non-conventional lodging that is selected for safety, comfort, and actual mission fit.

We now support over 45,000 nights a year across the country. Solo traveler or full team, every property is screened so the housing supports the work instead of adding friction. Private space. Full kitchens. Secure parking. Room for planning and AARs. The standard is simple: if it does not help the mission, it does not make the list.

Your mission is already hard enough. Lodging should not make it harder.

Send a TDY request at www.9lineagency.com and we will return mission-capable COAs matched to your requirements.

Comment BRIEF and we will send the link to this week’s brief on non-conventional lodging.

Most lodging treats you like a tourist.
Tiny rooms. No kitchen. No support when the orders change. Spaces that do not actually support the team.

That is why we built 9 Line Agency.
Veteran-owned. Built for TDY, not vacations.

Beds and full properties. Fully equipped kitchens. Individual rooms so the team has the space they need. JTR and DTS documents that hold up so the voucher is not the problem.

This is the standard. Private. Set up for the mission. Compliant.

Comment BRIEF below and we will send you the link to register for our weekly brief every Thursday.

This is what TDY looks like when the lodging is built for the team, not for a lobby.

You pull up. Door codes are in the packet. The house is yours.

No front desk. No hauling gear past a crowd. No twelve separate hotel rooms.
Living room for AARs and after the range. Fully equipped kitchen. We guarantee it. Coffee at 0500 without waiting in line. Washer and dryer in the house. No quarters. No coin machine.

Everyone gets their own bedroom unless the unit asks for something different. Room assignments are on the check-in packet so nobody is scrambling for beds.

Pool. Recovery space. Amenities that actually support the mission.

This is one house. Small team or full roster. Stateside or overseas. Same standard every time: private, set up for the mission, JTR and DTS compliant.

What if your idea went through 2-3 rounds of feedback before the next meeting?

In this clip, they describe a workflow:

Record the discussion.
Put the transcript into Claude.
Run the EBI, or “Even Better If,” process on the idea.
Repeat the critique and revision.
Bring the strongest version back to the team.

AI can push the idea forward between meetings. The people in the room still decide what deserves to move ahead.

That is a better use of AI than asking for one polished answer and calling it done.

Agentic Society is for owners and AI builders who want to test workflows like this and share what actually works. If your business does $1M+ ARR, comment AGENTS to speak with founder Austin to see if you’re a good fit for Agentic Society.

He asked the Navy for maps of the ocean.

They did not have them.

Judson Kauffman was an intel analyst in the Persian Gulf when an allied submarine commander asked for subsea data on one slice of the world. He called every agency he could reach. The answer was the same. Too hard. Too expensive. Mapped in pieces, not as a system.

He filed it away. Then he watched SpaceX punch a hole in an industry that was supposed to be locked. Same year, 2017. He and his co-founder asked the obvious next question.

If you can disrupt space, can you disrupt the ocean?

That is how a company starts in this room. Not a pitch deck. A gap that should not exist, then the decision to build into it.

45,000+ nights a year.

Not a side hustle.

A record.

One traveler for a week.

A 10-person range team.

A 1,000-person conference.
Same process.

Houses instead of hotel lobbies.

JTR and DTS aligned.

Your hotel “has a pool.”

Cool.

So does every family of six from Ohio.

And that one guy doing laps in jeans.

This is a backyard.

Your team.

Zero strangers asking what unit you’re with.

Sun’s out, guns out.

AARs after we dry off.

9 Line Agency puts the team in a house so the amenities don’t come with a wristband.

Comment “RSVP” to get details for our next event; a room full of AI builders and business owners using AI to build, grow, and scale.

$100K. Two months. That was the quote.

After AWS connected him with experts, this builder decided to see how far he could get with Claude.

He says his commercial setup was online in a day, with GovCloud following in a couple of weeks. He also created reusable Terraform files to repeat the deployment.

This is the kind of real implementation experience we bring into the room.

Huge shoutout to @networkofdirectors for including us and a few of our members for your Agentic AI Panel.

What would you build if you had the right people in the room?

Eight hours of team labor. Saved every day. ⏳

In this clip, @connor_cullip shares how an AI-powered workflow helped his team build a website showcasing suppliers and a process they used to handle manually.

His reported results: eight hours of labor saved per day and turnaround reduced from 24–48 hours to about five minutes.

Start with one repetitive process. Measure the time it takes. Then test what AI can take off your team’s plate.

Follow @agentic.society for practical ways to put AI to work in your business.

Drop in the comments, what’s one task your team repeats every day that you’d love to automate?

Comment “RSVP” to get on the waitlist for our next Agentic Society event on October 2nd.

Limited seats available to get in the room with business owners and AI builders actually implementing this stuff.

@isaiah_zimmerman spoke at the Network of Directors this past Friday for the Agentic Ai Panel on choosing the right AI model is only the beginning.

What happens when an AI agent can email your team, access customer data, or make changes inside your business?

That’s where AI governance becomes just as important as the technology itself.

The goal isn’t just to use AI.

It’s to build AI systems that are safe, trustworthy, and actually ready for business.

Follow @agentic.society for practical AI strategies, systems, and implementation ideas for business.
