#TBT back when I was 38 and first time squatting 600 lbs in sleeves in a powerlifting meet 🤘🤘. I also tore my hammy during prep 3 weeks prior, and glad I was able to heal up and compete. #aintnoposerbrand

6 HUNDO: Slow & Steady (Wins The Race) 🐢

Heaviest squat I’ve ever taken without a spotter. Trusting myself and committing to the weight.

Strength has never been a straight line. Some days everything clicks. Some days the weights remind you how far there still is to go.

But you keep showing up. You keep stacking days. You keep moving forward.
