I’m loving helping people especially @gc_tilingandflooring with their content this is something I have been deep into since I got off the tools because it is so so powerful.

Me and Cole have completely pivoted our lives with content, raising finance and connecting with JV partners which is just insane. And we are only at the beginning.

Helping other people with their content to get the leads they want makes so much sense and I can’t wait to see where this takes us.

Not documenting your journey is costing you more than you think.

I bet you already regret not starting sooner.
Good job it’s not too late…

You’re scared of what other people think, that’s it.

How can you let your fear of posting content dictate your life.

Everyone’s glued to their phones.

And if you’re not posting.
Nobody can find out who you are and what you do.

Hi, I’m Conran 👋
I’m 26, from Morecambe, and I’ve spent the last 10 years as a professional tiler — mainly bathrooms, huge floors throughout, and all the details in between.

But over the last couple of years, I’ve really focussed on educating myself to continue the mission I had started — property investment and development.

We renovate homes that actually feel different.
High standards, real craftsmanship, and smart investing.

If you’re into property, business, or just enjoy seeing a mad before & afters — drop us a dm and stick around 👊 by @conranreynolds

I’ve had a terrible week so far!
It can’t get much worse 🙃

Had yet another push back with the remortgage land registry related… absolutely brilliant had some feedback with a response Monday saying it’s been expedited, let’s see how much longer that takes.

Was driving back from a viewing yesterday and my van was making a terrible noise…flywheel failed something to do with the clutch apparently. Straight to the garage from the look on my mechanics face I’m gonna say minimum £1000😆

Anyway I just wanted to share these two bathrooms (a couple of my favourite) and hopefully turn this into the best week!

This is the standard of work we achieve day in day out. If anyone wants to piggy back my hard work and passion for unreal renovations please drop me a DM, made 70k profit on this deal and would happily share with the right partner 😁 by @conranreynolds

When we stepped inside, we weren’t even sure it was safe.
Fire damage everywhere.
But the numbers stacked.
And we had a plan.

This one’s not for the faint-hearted.
But if we pull it off… it’ll be special.

Ask yourself this…
If you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you go all in on?

If failure wasn’t even on the table — no risk, no judgement — what would you choose to build your life around?

This is us talking about our answer to that question — this is our vision. And we know we're going to get there.

Why’s property so exciting? Because every single person you know is tied to it in some way.

Whether they’re renting, buying, investing or just paying off a mortgage. We’re all part of the market.

That’s why there’s lots of opportunity’s by @conranreynolds

Next door sold for £535K…
This one was a no-brainer.
Cash buy. Back on the open market. Simple.

We had the plan.
We had the numbers.
But we weren’t fast enough.

Sold. Gone.
(And yeah… we’re fuming 😂🔨)

Watch to the end...

Tiling is by far the hardest trade!

Here’s why…

Every other finish relies on the tiler getting it spot on—if you mess it up, everything falls apart.

And most other tradesmen/builders don’t take that into account when prepping.

Precise joinery isn’t too far off in difficulty I’ll admit but cutting wood and stone doesn’t even compare🤣 by @conranreynolds

Never forget your goals.

The trade has been my life. But I always knew my goal was property. Tiling was just my way to build security and get my foot in the door. by @conranreynolds
