Dancerrrrrrrrs!! Here’s your call:
OCTOBER 30TH ECSTATIC DANCE COSTUME PARTY

We have a powerhouse of an experience waiting for you.

The one & only @sakina.soma starting the experience with breathwork to take you deep into the space of your awareness that speaks without words

@rypsy_gypsy leading an improv warmup to step outside of who you box yourself in as & become whoever you want

@flintblade throwing down looping live music with nasty electronic rhythms that sweeps you off your feet into a portal of trance on the dance floor

& ending the journey with a delicious & soothing sound bath by @sakina.soma that wraps up the whole experience into reflection & integration

What to bring:
• costume of your wildest imagination (even if that just means a hat or a tail😜)
• potluck baby! Bring a dish to share
• sustainable water bottle with a tight lid
• flow toys if you want to play outside
• your Līlā heart (heart of play)

Play into the essence of challenging your perspective & into the freedom of your soul

“🎃 Come join us this October for a fun-filled Contact Improv class! 💃🌀

We’ll connect with others, explore movement, roll around, laugh, play, and let our bodies lead the way. 🤸‍♀️✨

And since it’s Halloween season, feel free to dress up! 👻🎃 Get creative—as long as you can still dance, move, and roll around comfortably in your costume. 😉

Come play, connect, and get a little weird with us! 🖤”
