Being sober is the best decision I ever made

It introduced me to a whole new health conscious world.

A community of people that express themselves and their uniqueness

A community that dances freely

A community that howls at a full moon

A community that hosts sober events

A community that connects with their roots

A community that walks barefoot in the grass

A community that gives long hugs

A community that loves having deep conversations

Feel the Florida August heat while you dance yourself into a trance with DJ Arielle spinning the beats. Cool down in a cold plunge whenever you feel called. Freshly brewed coffee and warm cacao included🤤

The intention of this space is for you to connect with yourself & community through the rhythm of the music, experience of the cold plunge, and that warm cup of coffee or cacao.
It’s a morning boost to kickstart your weekend with a clear mind, happy heart, and sense of community. Dance, plunge, or do both- its all about what feels right for you.
