This anthology includes the following five stories:
⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Ligotti is about a man who signs the contract of his life in exchange for a high price.
⭐⭐ Golden Teachers presents an unreal world created by hallucinogens.
⭐⭐⭐ The Meridian Hour of Pan. A series of horrific murders occur in the city honoring the god Pan.
⭐⭐ The Weeping Eye, the Immortal Hand. It narrates a murky and sinister event that takes place in a small town.
⭐⭐⭐ Rituals of a Vanished Cult, as its name suggests, tells the chilling story of some sects.

The one I liked the most was Mr. Ligotti, as it is the most terrifying of them all. Even so, I was fascinated by the author's writing. With each page I read, I became more immersed in each story. Plus, it's perfect for reading on a lovely autumn afternoon.
Finally, thanks to the publisher for sending me a copy 🧡. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

⭐⭐⭐
💫
An entertaining story that follows the life of a pregnant woman who arrives at her mother-in-law's house to meet her after her husband's death. What I liked least is that around the middle of the plot, everything that's happening is revealed, making you not want to continue reading. Furthermore, it lacks supernatural elements and is very simple, so I have a feeling I'll forget it soon. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

💫
If you enjoyed The Exorcist's House, this one will leave you speechless. Nick Roberts surprises with a terror that transcends human comprehension and keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire plot. I must say, the ending was absolutely breathtaking and incredibly well done. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed such a good, pure, unadulterated horror book. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

⭐⭐⭐⭐
💫
This thriller depicts a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by a devastating disease. I read it in less than a day and absolutely loved both the author's writing style and the development of the plot and characters. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
💫
Inexplicable events befall a family where the man harbors a great secret. The premise is highly original and the plot addictive. It's a very quick read, and the author's writing is impeccable. While reading this novel, I was genuinely terrified. The only downside is that it contains scenes of animal cruelty. Otherwise, it's a brilliant story about demonic possession. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

⭐⭐⭐
Ronald Malfi no defrauda y crea historias escalofriantes y narradas perfectamente.
💫
An entertaining story with a highly original and terrifying premise. It's also short, so you can read it in an afternoon. Ronald Malfi doesn't disappoint, creating chilling and perfectly narrated stories. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

⭐⭐⭐
💫
This story is a clear example of how not to cope with the death of a loved one. It shows the threats and weaknesses of wanting that person to remain physically alive. It's worth noting that there are some very macabre scenes where that monster unleashes its hunt. A point I loved. However, the only drawback is that some parts felt quite long. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

💫
What an incredibly good story! Full of witchcraft, demons, and ruthless humans. For now, in Spain, it's only available on Kindle, which is a shame because I really need a physical copy. I loved it, and it's become one of my best reads of the year. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

💫
An anthology that pleasantly surprised me, and I'd like to highlight these two stories, which I found original and chilling:
⭐⭐⭐⭐ "The Last Coffee," which deals with the death of a loved one with a completely unexpected twist.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Behind the Screen." A home shopping channel that sells everything and a man who wants to order the unimaginable. What could possibly go wrong?
Lately, I haven't been reading many short stories, as they haven't caught my attention. However, these stories by Monica have been phenomenal. And the best part is that there's a second part, and maybe even a third? taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19

⭐⭐⭐⭐
💫
I absolutely adore the protagonist. She has some darkly humorous moments that made me laugh and thoroughly enjoy the story. It also helps that the chapters are short, because the author doesn't go into too much detail and focuses on telling a very bloody and violent tale. taken in Vigo, Spain by @constantreader_19
