From 1 month postpartum to 15 months postpartum. 🤍💪🏼

I didn’t bounce back. I rebuilt.

I rebuilt my strength, my muscle, my confidence and my relationship with my body. It hasn’t been a straight line and there have been plenty of ups and downs but consistency has taken me further than motivation ever could.

This is your reminder that you don’t have to rush your progress. Give yourself grace, put in the work and trust what you’re building!

3x @ufc Flyweight World champion 🏆 is still building his temple! We're staying ready with his discipline, strength & cardio conditioning 💪🏻

We did a full body strength building TC course with barbells, cable machine & kettlebells. Cardio conditioning rounds then core work & mobility.
