From 1 month postpartum to 15 months postpartum. 🤍💪🏼

I didn’t bounce back. I rebuilt.

I rebuilt my strength, my muscle, my confidence and my relationship with my body. It hasn’t been a straight line and there have been plenty of ups and downs but consistency has taken me further than motivation ever could.

This is your reminder that you don’t have to rush your progress. Give yourself grace, put in the work and trust what you’re building!

10 months of showing up for myself and I’m just getting started. Shoutout to all my coaches @davidtn7, @jaguar_athletics1, @train_w_mel and @rodri_mig at @constructmytemple 🫶🏼

Family time, good food, a little wine… and still showing up for myself. 💕💪🏽

Enjoy life. Make the memories. Eat the good food.
But never forget the discipline that built you. ✨
