I've been going through a major transformation for about 5 months and even though it's really not been easy most of the time, I've surrendered to everything that's been happening within me .

I've cried so much ( like really crying 😢) not wanting to be around people ,sleeping ,deep meditation and so much has come up for me that I've been lovingly releasing.

Also energetically picking up on energys around the world & helping clear that out , that has been particularly tricky as its pretty dark and dense so had alot of work to do their .

I see the light getting brighter now and that I'm feeling a bit lighter ✨️

So....anyone who's been or felt the same your not alone WE are in this together and together we will always be .

Forever grateful for @danfreeman__
For his wise words and such a beautiful soul brother✨️ and to all my family and freinds who are on this journey with me 🥰

Love you ❤️,

SJ X

So Rob @hyperpersonaltrainer came to me for a 121 #soundjourney and I just loved holding space for someone who is super in tune with themselves but needed a some nervous rest time .

I feel anytime you lay (or are seated) and have the frequency of Sound Healing ( also #reikihealing etc) your body gets a full reset and for many this is like a deep proper sleep 😴

Many clients come to me who have major issued with either getting to sleep or staying asleep etc and I feel so very honoured to be able to channel what I do to help them get a real emergence into such magical rest .

All my 121 sessions are tailored to each individual for the experience they prefer .

Link to my website is in bio if you'd like to book with me ,

Sending ❤️
