🌙✨ INTRODUCING
CONTENT MOON COLLECTIVE ✨🌙

Release • Rest • Reconnect

Something a little different is coming to Content Healers… 💫

I'm so excited to introduce Content Moon Collective — a monthly moon-inspired gathering created to give you space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and step away from the busyness of everyday life.

Inspired by the cycles of the moon, each gathering will offer an opportunity to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves you and welcome in a little more calm, clarity and connection. 🌘

🌿 Our first gathering: Release • Rest • Reconnect

Aligned with the Last Quarter Moon, this first gathering invites us to reflect, let go and create space for new beginnings.

Join us for a beautiful evening of:

✨ Guided meditation to help you arrive, ground and unwind
✨ An immersive sound journey to encourage deep rest and relaxation
✨ An optional tarot experience for reflection and personal insight
✨ A gentle sharing circle to connect with others, if you wish
✨ Herbal teas and homemade biscuits to finish our evening together

This is more than a sound session. It's an invitation to take time for yourself, honour where you are in life and connect with a like-minded community in a peaceful, welcoming space. 💚

🌙 EVENT DETAILS

📅 Sunday 1 November 2026
🕖 7.00pm – 8.30pm
📍 St Paul's Church, Solway, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5QN

Come as you are. Leave the outside world at the door. Give yourself permission to release, rest and reconnect. 🌙✨

I can't wait to welcome you to our first Content Moon Collective gathering.

SJ 💚

I've been going through a major transformation for about 5 months and even though it's really not been easy most of the time, I've surrendered to everything that's been happening within me .

I've cried so much ( like really crying 😢) not wanting to be around people ,sleeping ,deep meditation and so much has come up for me that I've been lovingly releasing.

Also energetically picking up on energys around the world & helping clear that out , that has been particularly tricky as its pretty dark and dense so had alot of work to do their .

I see the light getting brighter now and that I'm feeling a bit lighter ✨️

So....anyone who's been or felt the same your not alone WE are in this together and together we will always be .

Forever grateful for @danfreeman__
For his wise words and such a beautiful soul brother✨️ and to all my family and freinds who are on this journey with me 🥰

Love you ❤️,

SJ X

So Rob @hyperpersonaltrainer came to me for a 121 #soundjourney and I just loved holding space for someone who is super in tune with themselves but needed a some nervous rest time .

I feel anytime you lay (or are seated) and have the frequency of Sound Healing ( also #reikihealing etc) your body gets a full reset and for many this is like a deep proper sleep 😴

Many clients come to me who have major issued with either getting to sleep or staying asleep etc and I feel so very honoured to be able to channel what I do to help them get a real emergence into such magical rest .

All my 121 sessions are tailored to each individual for the experience they prefer .

Link to my website is in bio if you'd like to book with me ,

Sending ❤️

Sarah-Jane (SJ) 💫

Maybe meditation isn’t hard. Maybe we’ve just been taught to expect silence from a mind that was never meant to be silent. 🤍

Your thoughts will wander. You’ll get distracted. You’ll come back. And you’ll do it again.

That coming back is the practice.

So the next time your mind feels “too busy” to meditate, remember, you’re not doing it wrong. You’re doing the work.
