I’m getting tired of writing these. On Tuesday, I lost not only my big brother, but my built in best friend and someone who always had my back. You had the best jokes and comebacks, I learned so much from you. I’d always be so happy when someone would say our personalities are very similar, I always wanted to be like you. I’ll miss us messing with mom and constantly making her laugh. I’ll miss us sending each other new music we liked. I’ll miss our trash talk about who was better at anything we did. We had so many plans together that have been cut short. You were in pain and struggling with this for years, but now I know you’re not anymore. You taught me so many different things during your time with us, I’m forever grateful to call you my big brother. I’ll continue to make you proud, I promise. I love you big brother, until we meet again ❤️🕊️LLAJ

Today was my last competitive basketball game ever. I’ve decided to stop playing the game that has formed a big part of my life and who I am. This game is something I’ve loved with passion for the last 15 years. I have made unforgettable memories and met lifelong friends.However, I've also experienced the darkest times of my life, and it’s something I have fallen out of love with. This game has given me opportunities that I’ll always be thankful for. I’m forever grateful for everything and everyone that has been apart of my journey, y’all mean more to me than you think. It’s time for me to begin my new passions and life goals.

Never thought I’d be writing this so soon. Rest In Peace to my Uncle, best friend and the funniest person I’ve ever met. Thank you for always being there for me whenever I had a question, needed advice or just needed a laugh. Thank you for always being the life of the party everywhere you went and always putting a smile on everyone’s face. Thank you for cursing out a ref and getting kicked out of the first basketball game of mine you came too, you always had my back. You made an impact on everyone you ever met and always made my friends feel like family which I’ll forever be grateful for. Truly one of the funniest and purest souls I’ve ever met. I’ll miss you so much, I know you’ll be watching over me and I can’t wait until we meet again.
