Choices are like investments. What we choose compounds to creates Dreams or Nightmares. The good news is that we can reverse our choices either way and press towards greatness.

Just made a pawn loan on this card. I wouldn’t have sold it either because it’s going up quick. If you don’t want to sell a card that is going up, you can use it as collateral and use your graded card to get quick same day cash loan from PSA Pawn. We sign a short contract that we agree on the value and we use Card Ladder for pricing. We will hold your card in our PSA vault until the loan is paid back. #psapawn #shoheiohtani #goat

Force Absorption Training!

I’ve been experimenting with the past couple weeks and honestly feel like this is an area that is neglected.

In order for us to output force efficiently we must first be able to absorb force right…

We use this method with depth drops to increase vertical in athletes but why just stop there?

If weighted depth drops helped take my HOH CMJ on @hawkindynamics force plates from a 23in to a 30in what other areas could I be lacking?

My bench has been stuck at 315 for over a year now could this force absorption training style to my upper half help more and other athletes we coach?

I’m excited to keep experimenting with this on myself and hear your guys input below. Let me know if you tried this yourself or with any of your athletes!⬇️⬇️
