Introducing the Apple & Geranium Negroni—our current favorite bitter-and-floral aperitif.

We’ve put a vibrant, green spin on the classic White Negroni by infusing Lillet Blanc with Hidden Valley Geranium leaf. The leaves are grown specifically for us by Ido (Chef Genie), who uses hyper-modern vertical farming techniques right here in Berlin to cultivate incredibly aromatic, rare herbs.

Paired with the dry fruit of Calvados apple brandy, the deep bitterness of Suze, and a hint of bergamot, it delivers a massive citrus hit on the front and a beautiful, long perfume finish.

No reservations are needed for the bar. Slide into the alley and grab a stool.
