POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Meine lieben Freunde,

Our sommelier, Hai, sits down to share his approach to our wine list and reveal his September picks for summer dinners.

September calls for bottles that bridge late summer and early autumn: textured, balanced, and versatile with our vegetarian menu. For us, pairing is about contrast, harmony, and creating an extra layer of experience on the plate.

A little look back at our staff summer boat party from last week!
We took both crews out onto the river: the kitchen team, the bar crew, and the floor staff from both Cookies Cream and Crackers.
A day of sun, drinks, and good times with the best teams in the city.
Thank you to everyone who makes our spaces magic every single night.

This summer, we’re starting your evening a little differently.
When the temperature climbs past 28 degrees, to welcome you in from the hot Berlin streets,
a refreshing, ice-cold surprise shot will be waiting for you the moment you step up to Cookies Cream.

The bar is open, the air con is on, and the first sip is on us.

Behind the scenes of our alcohol-free pairing

Fresh juices, teas, herbs, spices, clarifications, testing and tasting. Every drink is built with the same care and precision as our cocktails and wine pairings.

At our bar you can always try a different way to experience flavour.

Watch the process, then come try the result.

The heart of our alcohol-free pairing is made right here in our kitchen.
We blend fresh juices, botanical teas, and rare spices to create drinks that mirror the complexity of a fine wine. Some of our house-made pairing is clarified using agar-agar to get a refined texture and a translucent finish.
