SDL Muesli as seen on @cookingon7

Makes about 6 cups (12 serves of ½ cup)

Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats
½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup roughly chopped almonds
⅓ cup sultanas or chopped dried apricots
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Method
Add everything to a large bowl and mix well.
Store in an airtight jar in the pantry for up to 4 weeks.
Serve ½ cup with milk or Greek yoghurt and a handful of fresh fruit, such as berries, grated apple or sliced banana.

Optional toasted version: spread the oats, seeds and almonds on a lined tray and bake at 160°C for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until lightly golden. Cool, then stir through the dried fruit and cinnamon. No oil or sugar needed.
