Witch's Web Halloween Cocktail 🧙🏽‍♀️🕸️🕷️

If you're looking for a Halloween cocktail that tastes as good as it looks, you absolutely have to try the Witch's Web Halloween Cocktail! 🧪

I'm genuinely shocked at how delicious the Salted Caramel Tequila tastes—it's incredibly silky smooth with a beautiful warming finish. That makes it the perfect base for this drink!

Its richness is perfectly balanced with the tartness of cranberry, fresh lime, and bright orange, creating an incredibly smooth, sweet-and-tart concoction.

The final touch is a creepy marshmallow web rim, making this the ultimate mix of spooky and sweet for your Halloween celebrations!

🛒Ingredients:

🍸50 mL Salted Caramel Tequila* @mystdrinks
🍋‍🟩25 mL Fresh Lime Juice
🥤25 mL Cranberry Juice
🍊20 mL Orange Juice
☁️Marshmallows

🧙🏽‍♀️Recipe:

1️⃣Shake the Potion: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Salted Caramel Tequila, lime juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice and shake hard until thoroughly chilled.

2️⃣Strain the potion into your glass.

3️⃣Prep the Web: Heat the marshmallows for about 15 seconds until gooey. Use the sticky marshmallow to carefully create spider webs around the rim of your glass.

Must Visit Fresh Pasta spot in London 🍝🇮🇹

We visited @pastaremoli for a quick bite before a concert and it made for the perfect quick yet delicious dinner. I am obsessed with the concept at Pasta Remoli—you get to pick your fresh homemade pasta shape and pair it with whatever fresh sauce you want. Absolutely loved everything we ordered!

🍽️What We Ordered:

Starters:
🍟Fried Zucchini
🧀Supplì al Telefono
Mains:
🌶️Fusilli Arrabbiata
🍄Tonnarelli Creamy Mushroom
Dessert:
🍰Tiramisu

⭐Review:

Honestly, everything was delicious. The zucchini was perfectly crispy. The arrabbiata had a proper kick of spice and was packed with flavour, while the creamy mushroom was incredible. It tasted like real, rich mushrooms rather than just heavy cream—easily one of the best mushroom pastas I’ve ever had and so comforting. We finished with a super smooth tiramisu 😍

On top of the amazing food, the service was fast and attentive, making the whole experience incredible!

Kale, Sweet Potato & Fig Autumn Salad🍠🍂

This salad is a taste of a crisp autumn day in a bowl. It’s hearty, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, with juicy figs, salty goat cheese, and earthy kale🥗

🛒Ingredient:
🍠250g Sweet Potato, peeled and Cubed
🌶️1 tsp Paprika
🧄1 tsp Garlic Powder
🥬100g Curly Kale
🔪3 Figs, quartered
🔴50g Pomegranate
🧀50g Garlic & Herb Goats Cheese, crumbled
Maple Balsamic Dressing:
🥄2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
🥄2 tbsp Olive Oil
🍁1 tbsp Maple Syrup
🥜Pistachios, chopped

👩🏽‍🍳Recipe (serves 2):
1️⃣ Toss the cubed sweet potato with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix well. Transfer to an air fryer liner. Air fry at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turning halfway.

2️⃣ Tear the curly kale leaves away from the stems and discard the stems. Add to a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Massage the oil into the kale leaves until they soften and turn dark green for around 2 minutes.

3️⃣ To make the Maple Balsamic Dressing in a jar combine Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil and Maple Syrup, season with salt and pepper. Shake well.

4️⃣ To assemble the salad, in a large bowl combine the kale, sweet potato, figs, pomegranate and crumbled goats cheese. Drizzle over dressing and toss well. Garnish with chopped pistachios.

Bringing a true taste of Naples to the heart of Kew! A charming, hidden gem with outdoor seating—perfect for soaking up the sun with authentic Italian flavours ☀️

🍽️ We tried:
🍹 Drinks: Hugo Spritz
🥖 Starters: Bruschetta al Pomodoro, Parmigiana di Melanzane
🍝 Mains: Rigatoni con Ricotta, Ecco Napoli Special Pizza with Mixed Salad
🍰 Dessert: Tiramisu, Vanilla Ice Cream

⭐ Review:
The food was absolutely delicious! While the signature Ecco Napoli Special pizza was fantastic, the pasta was the absolute highlight of the meal—perfectly cooked, comforting, and packed with incredible flavour.

You genuinely can’t leave without trying their authentic Tiramisu either—rich, creamy, and absolute perfection. Sitting outside in the summer made for such a lovely atmosphere, and the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. A true hidden gem!

Everything I ate in Gran Canaria 🇮🇨🦐🍷

If there’s one thing Gran Canaria knows how to do, it’s FOOD. 🤤 Had the best time trying so many new seafoods this trip—from fresh oysters and clams to my absolute fave: mussels cooked in white wine sauce! Top that off with authentic paella and plenty of refreshing sangria, and I was in absolute heaven😍

Dinner here comes with a stunning sunset and breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower as the sky turns golden. The atmosphere is unmatched, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

The food absolutely held its own against the views. The calamari was perfectly crispy. For the mains, the chargrilled octopus was a total standout—smoky on the outside, incredibly tender on the inside, and beautifully complemented by the rich piperade and sweet candied tomatoes. Finally, the dessert was so delicious and finished off the meal perfectly right as the city lights started to glow 🌟
