Back in the homeland training with a couple of the bros tonight. Got in some pretty solidt sets , 272.5kg for a single & 252 5kg x4 backdowns .

Good to see the bro @mareko_van_daaayum in the gym tonight with his young fella putting in the mahi💪🏾

I'm deloading this week , so just a easy set of 4 with 220kg. Next block we'll be stacking plates , probably end up around 270kg for reps so stay tuned.

Next comp is in Vegas 22nd November , ill be out to smash the Ipl bench record , we'll thats the plan anyway 💯👊🏿

Last session of the block , got some solid sets in .
Done some heavy close grip work , not shown.
Did a bunch of accessory work including the 150 kilo dumbell row. The weight shifted forward a bit on the 3rd rep & created an imbalance & i lost it a bit , but managed to get 5 reps still so allgood. 3rd clip is 240 kg on the seated bench which is another PB .

Next block we should be ending up around 270 kg bench for reps so stay tuned!
