Andrew Cooper is Australia's #1 bench presser and #10 in history worldwide. Since working with ZeroW he's gone from a 272.5kg bench in competition, to 306.5kg in competition and 310kg in the gym.
He is the only person in Australia to hit over 300kg raw in competition.

Fun fact, of the top 10 benches ever in Australia, 5 of them are ZeroW lifters. Spots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7.

Andrew is in Freedom. Hit the link in the b!0 to join him.

Today I came down and hung out with the big dogs and learned a few things from the boys!! Worked up to a 300kg bench in the 2ply after my 155kg-4x5 pause raw work. When @alphonciss brings the shirt you don’t say no you say how heavy are we going!!! Nothing but good times and better laughs with the big dogs 💪🏽📈🔥🦍

@harrisstabilitysystems kept me safe with the best gear in the game 💯 USE CODE JONES10 for 10% off.

First equipped bench competition more to come.
315kg moved not to bad in the 2ply band shirt. Made the top 10 strongest benches ever in Australian history with 9th position. Was one of the most fun at a comp yet.

Huge shout out to @alphonciss for all of the help and guidance he gave me in the lead up to the competition! Also a shout out to @liambyrnetsnc_ for jumping in to the comp the day before and always hyping me up! Thanks to @coop__300 @maoribeast for coming down to show their support! And most of all thanks to @chelseawebb01 for all the support in and out of the gym!

Ever since House of Power closed down I’ve just been training by my self in normal gyms and since I decided to come and finish my prep at @zero_weakness and also train with the boys at @rons_power_gym_official_ I feel like I’ve found my new home and new lifting family ❤️

And all the boys who trained at Zerow I’m planing on knocking you all down that leader board so I think it’s time to come back so we can all jam like the old days 😂😂
@mattybro_art @kuki_thor @19ed @andy_davis90 @tombro7 @coop__300

All jokes aside I’m loving it at @zero_weakness and thank you to @henny_zerow @_gidge_ and @tombro7 for making me feel at home and stealing all of @alphonciss friends 😂😂
