RIP to a dear friend & someone who made a tremendous impact on my life as a young immature adult…His name was “Captain”… he grew up in Sri Lanka with absolutely nothing and came to Canada with his wife where he built a beautiful life that he became SO proud of. Him and I worked together for over a year and a half in which time he taught me the true meaning of hard work. He taught me that it didn’t matter what I thought about myself, but how my work reflected in the judgement of others, and how at the end of the day, I should show appreciation for everything around me and every opportunity life granted me. He taught me the importance of spirituality in many instances. This morning I was informed that he has passed. It really made me reflect on all of the life lessons that he passed down to not only myself, but so many other young individuals who came through The Delta Chelsea Hotel….R I P Cap- ❤️ Thank You for everything you did for me… by @corbett565

After more than 20 years, my brother and I returned to Beaverland camp last week where we spent several summers as troublemaking teens. This place holds a special spot in my heart with many fond memory…20 years later, they have several accessible cabins and provide all types of activities for anybody with a disability to take part in. One of those activities is watching the camp feed several Bald eagles as well as their local Golden eagle…..huge thank you to my bro @dancorbmc for making this all happen 🙏🏻🦅🦦 by @corbett565
